I brought a Peugeot 2010 from Rx car sales. First I called them up to know the condition of the car and they said it was in good condition and there wasn’t anything wrong with it (which was a lie 😑) they said the deposit for the car would be £500 so I sent them, I told them I wanted the car to be delivered to my house and they said it would cost £300 but I didn’t have that so I negotiated with them to bring it down to £200. So here was me thinking they would take the delivery money from the deposit (but nooo) I was constantly checking the website and I saw that they didn’t take down the car, so I was very confused 🫤 (throughout this they were very bad at communication, they would sometimes call me but anytime I texted them they wouldn’t answer the only time they did was to send me their bank details 😒). So I called them and they said the car will be delivered Tuesday but when Tuesday but then they wanted to change the day to Friday but when Friday came they changed it again to Saturday, I called them and said this wasn’t professional to be changing the date so that’s why they kept it at Saturday. When they car came they bought it via tow truck, and when I checked out the car it wasn’t running and the car doors can’t lock plus a lot of many other problems. (This is giving Matilda’s dad 🤦♀️, damn rotten crooks 😔)

It is difficult to be say anything positive about this company. They do not seem to know what truth is and even call their company A7 car sales on Auto Trader. Be very sure the car has a full and honest car service history. Check its MOT on the government website and then do your own check. Only if 100% sure and satisfied buy and even then know there is zero recourse if anything goes wrong.. Do not believe it if they say the oil and filter, battery etc is changed or any part is new or work completed without evidence. Good luck. You will need it for sure.

I saw the car on auto trader and I called him. He told me the car is in perfect condition and I sent someone to go deposit for the car. After 2 days I sent the balance plus delivery charges and he used recovery truck to deliver the car knowing it’s faulty. On testing the car after delivery I discovered it’s having a gearbox problem. I called him after then he wasn’t picking and switched off his line. This is inhumane.

I have also been swindled by these rude, unprofessional railroaders. Bought a 2008 VW GOLF in February 2024 that, when taken to Halfords in March for an oil change and tune-up, was told that is was dangerous to run and needed severe work. Spent £2000 with these monsters, plus another £150 for '6 Month Warranty'. I took the car back to the lot in early April with a legal letter claiming they are by law required to either replace the car, repair the car for free, or refund me my money in full. Not only was I treated poorly, but was told--by the man who initially sold me the car--that he was not 'able or entitled' to authorise any returns, repairs, or exchanges because 'his boss Mike' was out of town for the next few weeks. I left my signed letter, my phone number, and email with then to contact me when 'the boss returned' and never heard back. Long story short, I have paid another £2500 to get the car running (as an international postgraduate student this was the most viable considering that headache of insurance, logistics, time, etc.; also plain principle) and now want to pursue legal action. For those of you who have previously made claims, WHAT ADRESS, PHONE NUMBER, AND/OR EMAIL DID YOU USE? The number I have for them was a burner I believe; I was never given an email by them or Auto Trader; and the address for 'M2 Car Sales' (despite my payments going to RX) was text to me (and the 'dealer' does not appear on Google Maps).

These are the biggest bunch of cowboys, aggressive, intimidating and thieves. They do not deserve any stars in rating.
We sent £100 deposit to these scam artists to hold a car for us. We travel up to Manchester from the West Midlands to be told the car was already sold even though we spoke to the guy last night and he confirmed that he still had the car. When we got there this morning, no car. Also took the mickey with the refund of the deposit scammers, rude and a waste of time.
These guys sold a faulty car to me. I paid 1450 for the car. Car won't start or tuen over. Called them to come fix it, they took it away and took extra 150 pounds from me. Car is still not working. I asked if I could return the car and they said they'll only give me 1000 out of the 1600 I've spent. Case is with trading standards but it doesn't look like it would be resolved. DO NOT PATRONISE THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!

Georgie in response to Poor and awful service
Did this ever get resolved, I'm also having a similar issue with them. Case is now with trading standards
Purchased a car from these tramps yesterday, I paid £1400, I returned the car today and they have said I'm only entitled to £1200. This is a registered car trader. No matter what I'm entitled to the full refund. They still owe me £200. I had some clown ring me and say it's an admin fee. If course this so called admin fee was not mentioned to me beforehand. Very rude. Basically a bunch of tramps trying to scam people. They sold me a very bad car. A dangerous car with a cracking ball joint, the car overheated and cut out on the way back to return the vehicle. Extremely dangerous cars sold here. These guys don't believe in rights. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. Reported to trading standards and the auto trader. I'm not having to go though my bank and the courts to obtain my £200 back. Stay clear. The guy is like Harry from Matilda, Danny Devito. Remember the scumbag in the film glueing bonnets onto cars with super glue. This is what to expect.

I've also had the same thing. I purchased Renault Clio and it has now gone into limp mode. They are ignoring my calls and texts. I only purchased the car last week. So you have any other contact numbers for them. They are also trading under the name M2 car sales on the Autotrader.
