Arrived at Rybrook BMW Shrewsbury and the two young ladies at reception were welcoming and referred me to Adam - salesman. Another big welcome from him and off to the car I'd come to see. Adam is a fantastic salesman and does his job well. A good Dealership indeed.

Rybrook Shrewsbury lavished attention up to point of sale, small issues dealt with. Very slow to return money owed to me from deposit and part ex deal, still waiting nearly two weeks after sale, fed up with excuses.

Trying to mislead me on the service pack they offered me to close the deal. I do not recommend them.

This dealer is well below any professional standards that i have come across for a long time. I bought an ex demo 7 series from they and the deal was 12 months road tax when the vehicle arrived I only had 11 months tax with no explanations at all. I called to find out why this was and why i was not contacted but was given excuses. On inspection of the vehicle I noticed a valve cap missing on OSR tyre which I mentioned and the delivery driver said he'll send one out only later I discovered the tyre actually had slow puncture less than 24hrs of having the vehicle. again when contacted the dealer only got lots of excesses and no ownership of the issue. BMW have some of the greatest car but avoid this dealer.
