Bought a car from this dealership, told car had FSH and had never been in an accident and was shown HPI checks and inspection reports that car had NEVER been in an accident. Turns out car has had a MASSIVE accident that has bent the chassis and it was covered up with filler and paint. Avoid at all costs, talking the solicitor and trading standards about them. This is supposedly an approved BMW dealership. Deserves to be out of business

This was my first and final purchase from these guys, when you buy from BMW you expect the car to be in excellent condition & safe. They sold me a car that apparently was health checked and very good condition, after returning the vehicle a few weeks later as they promised to rectify a few issues with the bodywork that hadn’t been done before we picked it up (we were advised this had all been done) including the sales guy touching up a dent/ chip in paint work with the wrong colour as we were driving it off the showroom. They performed another health check which I was told on the phone there’s an advisory on the tyre (split in wall showing coil) when arriving to pick the car up I was told that the car is all fine to drive away and the tyre problem must of been a mistake. Had more issues with grinding noise from the front wheels, took it to another bmw branch who showed me the health check, advised the isn’t safe to drive due to the tyre did in fact have a split showing the coil and two front discs corroded and only having 40% brake pads touching discs. It’s fair to say I will never be returning to this dealer and hope they sort their act out.
They tried to charge £7300. for works costing £1400. A pothole took out 2 tyres and damaged 2 wheels. Rybrook insisting suspension damage had occurred and subsequently would have caused steering rack, ball joint .etc etc Given the quote we engaged the insurers. The insurers rejected Rybrook quote. Rybrook would not release the vehicle as they attempted to charge storage for the vehicle. We eventually got the car released to the insurers where it was taken to another BMW Main dealership for geometry checks and assessment of the suspension. No damage was found to the suspension or steering components. Having having 2 conflicting BMW reports I arranged for a third BMW main dealership to assess the suspected damage. No damage was found and the car was given a clean bill of health with just 2 tyres and wheels changed. I have entered their complaints procedure and Rybrook maintain there was damage but none has been found 1 independent (Insurer) garage + 2 BMW main dealership vs Rybrook Warwick. I will continue with the complaints procedure to ensure they are exposed and held to account for inflating quotes

I wanted to sent an email commending Verona Smith, who helped me with my car service. But, as I suspected, it is impossible online to find out who is the Dealer Principal or Service Manager, or how to contact them by e-mail. This gives an impression of bureaucracy and anonymity, very much at odds with the helpfulness which I have always experienced. Maybe BMW is to blame. I did sent an email via the Contact Us form, which is only designed for people who want to say something about their car. Similarly the review form which I am currently using is designed only for comments on vehicles.

Had a recall for a potential exhaust gas regeneration valve failure. Had to leave the car overnight as they didn’t actually have that part onsite. Didn’t give me a car. Was only told about the delay at end of business and couldn’t notify my customer that I wasn’t able to come. Nightmare. Icing on the cake was that when I got my car back, my (expensive) sunglasses were missing from the compartment following the valet. AVOID.

I have had a recall on my vehicle and now nearly two months with no contact. Seems I will have to go elsewhere. What a waste of time Rybrook BMW Warwick are.

Dont bother with recall. They pretend do do it but they don't trust me. My bonnet never been opened. Had load of electricity problems because of the fault yet they wont put anything right unless I pay 110 for diagnostic and repair bill yet it's a bmw fault. Nah as usual a big scam artists. Will avoid anything with name Rybrook
RYBROOK BMW OF WARWICK - VERY BAD REVIEW. What a nightmare we have had with Rybrook BMW of Warwick, amongst other things, they caused heat damage, apparently from sparks from a grinder or welder, to my 430D Coupe windscreen & driver’s door glass, after we took the car to them for a repair, after someone reversed into it, and totally denied responsibility. I paid £438.57 for new glass, and am now having to pursue them for the money, through the small claims court. My comments to them: I must say that I cannot believe the dreadful service we have received from you at Rybrook BMW over this matter, the body shop staff I have been dealing with (Paul Black is the Bodyshop Manager, Meg his assistant) are either incompetent or dishonest, maybe both. I specifically brought my car to you at Rybrook BMW, as I thought you had high standards and provided good customer service but my experience has been the opposite. I will now be bringing this to the attention of BMW UK and will not be using your dealership again (apart from 2 outstanding warranty issues) and have been put off owning another BMW. Their Aftersales Manager is Sam Callender who backed his Body Shop Manager and fobbed me off. When we collected the car after the body shop repair we noticed that the lower trim was out of alignment, so we sat back down while someone re-clipped it. Then when we went to get into the car we noticed that there were some quite big white marks on the trim inside the passenger’s door and also white spots on the passenger’s seat, we waited again while these were wiped off. We then set off and got to the main road, when I used my windscreen washers to clean the screen and found them to be juddering and not clearing the screen properly (smudging) We returned again and showed the lady dealing with us (Meg) the problem, the windscreen had not been cleaned properly and has some sticky substance left on it. We sat down again while the lady took it to be re-cleaned. I since noticed that the driver’s seat belt grab only works around 50% of the time now, since the repair has been done and the fuel filler panel has an uneven gap around it. A few weeks before the body shop repair Rybrook offered and did a free check on the car, just before the 3 year warranty ran out. They noticed that the auto gearbox was leaking oil and said they had done a repair. The day after I picked the car up after the check (and a day after the warranty ran out) the folding mirrors did not open properly, so I reported that as well, to the Service Manager, Steve Collett, but they refused to do under warranty. To cut a long story short, after the problems above I took the car to Synter in Coventry, to get a price to put everything right, with the intention of suing Rybrook for the cost. When the car was with Synter they noticed that the gearbox was (still) leaking oil. I told them it was noticed during the warranty and Rybrook were supposed to have repaired it. Synter tried another repair (new seal and cover plate?) but when this did not work they got permission from BMW to replace the gearbox. Synter told me that on the service records Rybrook had tried to repair the gearbox on 2 separate occasions, when apparently, they should have replaced it after one unsuccessful repair attempt. I am lucky that Synter noticed it when they did as it’s a 8 speed auto gearbox for which BMW charge £6,500 to replace, and I would probably have been liable if not noticed in time. Synter managed to get permission from BMW to do all the repairs under warranty, inc the drivers electric door mirror which would have cost around £800 and the new seat belt £200. Rybrook BMW have a fantastic show room, serve nice Latte’s while you are waiting, by attractive dolly birds etc, however my impression is that they are just after as much of your money as they can get out of you, and when something goes wrong, that is going to cost them, they don’t want to know. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Rybrook BMW were actually really great, literally everything was perfect and on time, they even chased up the finance company on my behalf to get the funds cleared in time to avoid any delays, I'd recommend them to anybody.
