I can’t express how superb Rybrook at Worcester has been repairing my car. If I could give more stars I would. Forget these negative reviews. If it’s quality service you’re looking for this is the place. Have been a loyal customer of Sittner oldbury but since their quality is nosedived, I’ll be going nowhere else, but Rybrook in the future.

Purchased a £100,000+ Aston martin DB11 from Rybrook Birmingham. Initially gave a part ex value of my Ranger Rover at £52k and all photos and videos of the car were sent. When went to make the exchange for the AM, they reduced the value of the RR to £48k. I still went for it considering I was wanting the AM. After 2 weeks of getting the DB11, the car went in twice to Rybrook for faulty brakes, and issues with wheels and alignment. I had to give them a reference of AM directly to actually showcase what was required to be done in order to resolve the brakes issue. So after buying a car like DB11, they would not take the time to resolve the issue. In my 15 years of purchasing cars, this is been the worst dealership ever. I had to eventually get the alignment fixed myself otherwise the car would still be with Rybrook for days and days and it would still probably not resolve my issue. I would suggest and recommend NEVER BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM RYBROOK AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. No after-sales service at all. Due to this experience, I have given up on the AM DB11 and changed it. I feel bad for AM as it is a beautiful thing but Rybrook has somehow ensured that I will never buy an AM.

I previously put a 5 star review for this dealer, but honestly, it's been an absolute nightmare since. If I could give no stars, I genuinely would. The service department from top to bottom are run by half-wits. They replaced my right hand side control arm, with a left hand side one, and said my car was repaired and aligned.. what a farce! This is only one of the many issues that my car has. It's an absolute sham! 6 months of non stop issues with the car I bought from here, no real apologies, and I assure you at times you'd be better of speaking to a brick wall, as they are hands down the most stubborn, and unapologetic dealership I've ever dealt with. From sales to service, I couldn't recommend a thing. The buying experience was a pleasure, but EVERYTHING since has been nothing short of a nightmare. Spend almost £40k, to be treated as if I've not spent a penny with them. Even another BMW dealer local to me were shocked at the shoddy worksmanship being carried out by what is supposed to be another main dealer BMW. I implore with you guys to take the negative reviews with weight as I wish I had also. It's been 6 months of absolute hell, the notorious no response to email other talk about is genuinley a major issue. One that runs from the top end of the business down to the very bottom. Case is now with the Financial Ombudsman, who I hope will relieve me of this lemon that they have sold me. Would not recommend to my worst enemy...

I came in yesterday with my BMW 1 series that needed brake fluid service & just wanted to say the warm welcome from all these 3 lovely ladies - Raya, Leanne & Thea! Kept checking if i were ok working from their office whilst i waited for my car (no more than 2 hours i was told) I was asked for drinks, asked if i wanted a private office upstairs - although i nearly said yes; i was actually happy working in the main area close to them & observed how friendly they were - Best Wishes Girls - Anita. PS - I originally bought my car off Maxwell (Lovely man) nearly a few years ago!

I took my BMW Z4 in to Worcester Rybrook as I was having issues with my hard top. It was giving an intermittent alarm and sometimes would not fully open or close. I did a lot of research on line and decided that it was likely related to a switch or sensor. I was relaxed about this as I suspected it would only cost a couple of hundred pounds to fix. This self diagnosis was supported by the fact that instances of the dashboard alarm seemed to be triggered by going over a bump in the road. I also supplied Rybrook with a one page write up of the symptoms and trigger points. Rybrook completed their diagnostics and told me that I needed a new Hydraulic pump and relay and that it would cost me £3,170. I was surprised by this and so declined their offer to order the parts and simply paid the £130 for their diagnosis. Instead I took my car to a second BMW dealership 20 miles away. The second BMW dealership returned my car fully repaired for just over £200 having replaced a switch in the boot. I was obviously livid that Worcester were prepared to charge me over £3000 for a job that only cost £200. I called Worcester and spoke to the Service Manager who promised to investigate and call me back the next day. This indeed happened. I was called the next day and told that having looked at the diagnostics they agreed that their original diagnosis was not correct. I was offered an apology and a full refund for the diagnostics charge that I had paid. This is the only part of the episode that Rybrook Worcester deserve any credit for. If I am being kind then Rybrook Worcester have a training issue, in that their staff were unable to diagnose a simple fault, that even I as a non-mechanic suspected. Other people may have a different opinion. Either way there is no way that I can trust this dealership again. I will not be taking my car back to them and would not advise any of my friends or relatives to use their services..

I’ve been to this dealership and they have diagnosed my car without any issues. You often only hear about the moaners I’m sure there are plenty of happy customers. Next time stick to goggle diagnostics and save yourself a few quid.

a while ago i had all 4 wheels refurbished by you at your dealership in worcester, unfortunately i have had to have the 4 wheels refurbished twice more by you as they started to corrode again. the 3rd time i had them done was on the 27th of july 2020. on the 28th of july i was called by helena cleaver to tell me that the rear offside tyre was no good as the tyre had started to leak around the beading.she did have a new tyre fitted at cost price for me (£282.28p). my complaint is that if the wheels were satisfactorily refurbished the 1st time then the tyre (only 5 months old) would not have had to be replaced at all. i did call your reception to ask to speak to your head of business to put my side of the story across but was put back on to helena cleaver! she only re - iterated what she had previously said. up until now i have always been happy with the service from yourselves.

Popped in for a service today , great safety in place due to COVID staff pleasant and nothing is to much trouble , coffee is first class thank you oh and to top it off they also washed my car ...... brilliant !

I had an issue with my daughters BMW X3. The timing chain was obviously stretched and the polycarbonate guides shot at 85000 miles. I was looking for a goodwill offering from BMW. They eventually offered the parts free but wanted to charge £3400 for labour. I contacted BMW customer service and it was clear that the garage didn't know the process to see if they thought a better offer was appropriate. The garage employee kept saying he had only been working there for 3 months as an excuse but then stopped returning calls. He was always available if we visited the garage but never answered the phone apparently because 'he was with a customer'. Hiding from customers seems to be the chosen customer service approach.

Purchased and serviced several cars through Rybrook BMW in Worcester over the past 6 years. Sales department have always been happy to compete and jump through hoops for business (providing you are seriously considering purchase of a vehicle). Service department - always efficient and timely.

Service department at Rybrook Worcester BMW never call you back. Aftersales is shocking, they always say they have no hired cars. Megan receptionist not helpful and offers no diversity in her non customer skills I purchased my car from Solihull but live by Rybrook. I am glad I didn't purchased this from rybrook
