Nobody at S & B Commercials in West Thurrock takes proper care of costumers. Time wasters

S & B Commercials don’t answer the phones. Spent two days on phone to. Book a service up to five day. Wait to get a repair no courtesy vehicles to give you. Don’t respect there customers if you are a big. Company spending thousands of pounds you get good service if you only own one vehicle they don’t care.

Honestly for somewhere else , everything was poor at S & B Commercials in West Thurrock.

S&B Commercials West Thurrock. We had 10 Mercedes and as they are coming up for replacement we are replacing with DAF trucks, purely because of the service round S&B. 10 mins average time to get threw on the phones constantly and when you do get threw you just get palmed off from one person to the next. And if you need a truck booked in its 2-3 weeks. Getting parts of them, its like they are doing you a favour. Terrible Terrible service and its a shame because the Merc trucks are very good! If Sparshatts of Sittingbourne were in Essex we would still be buying them! Same as the person above, if there was a Zero Star we would click that, this is not just a review because we dislike them it is to give people an idea to avoid as you will be continuously stressed to the eyeballs the whole time you have a truck under S&B West Thurrock.. Use DAF West Thurrock if you want a decent service..

Spend your money elsewhere is all i can say...S&B Commercials West Thurrock is by far the worst company i have ever dealt with. If there was a no star option i would have selected that.
