As a previous XC90 fan, we decided to have a look at Audi Q7’s. Having been to various dealers across the Northwest, we came across Paul and Andrew from S Cars. Paul and Andrew were fantastically knowledgeable and instantly trustworthy. We came away with an amazing Q7 with pure satisfaction. After a week, we had a minor issue with the air-con which was swiftly dealt with by the S Cars outstanding Technical/Service team! Would purchase again and highly recommend!

I RECENTLEY PUCHASED A £ 24,OOO AUDI Q7 THE WAY THAT PAUL AND ANDY SERVED ME WAS REALLY GOOD,NOTHING SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM FOR THEM . We saw a Range Rover Sport on Christmas Eve and we wanted to buy the car. Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish we complete the test drive and knew it was the car for us. Paul assured us the car would go through a full PDI check and the car would be valeted and any work that was identified on the PDI would be done. Upon collection we met Andrew who was brilliant from start to finish and activated our warranty, helped tax the car and even took the time to show us everything on the car a phenomenal experience to top up with an excellent car in and out VINNY & CHAZ

Paid top money for a pickup ranger drove it back to Staffordshire 2 days later battery flat they said it never had a problem before so had battery checked the cells were all worn out, took car to garage they said did you know this has had a bad accident all the side was filler and the doors didn’t fit properly that was not even the half of it basically without going into major details it was a bodge of a fix all sprayed over to look ok even the light covers when taken off light underneath was cracked, the list goes on and on this company are just about as dodgy as it gets I should have looked at reviews at the moment I’ve had a review on the poor workmanship etc will be reporting to trading standards and the finance company I had the loan off they set up for a start.

Bought a Jag XJ back in September. At handover the car was superb, there was a minor dash item which needed to be attended to which Andrew agreed as a condition of sale. The part was delay on back order (cos Covid etc), and although it took until March to reolved they never gave up on things and the part was sorted. The car has been faultless so far after nearly 7k miles!

Quite possibly the most effortless purchase I have ever made. Paul and his expert team went the extra mile to ensure total customer satisfaction. From initial contact to sale completion within the same afternoon including a fair part exchange I might add, something that ordinarily is not possible as all vehicles undergo a pre delivery inspection through their very thorough workshop, with minor issues addressed immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend S Cars, even though they are 80 miles away from Leicestershire, to feel truly valued as a customer unfortunately is all too rare a commodity these days. We shall certainly return.
