Brilliant experience from start to finish with S Express. I’m absolutely delighted with my Mercedes — the whole process was smooth, straightforward and completely hassle-free.
There was no pressure at any point, which makes such a difference when you’re buying a car. Rasan was fantastic throughout — professional, helpful and genuinely focused on making everything easy. They sorted all the finance quickly and kept everything clear and simple.

Amazing service. Raza and his men were really helpful in assisting me to find the right car and then to go 100% plus in helping me to get a finance deal I could afford.. Once the finance was in place they even brought my car to Chester and took my old car away in part ex.

Not knowing a lot about cars or buying one second hand, I felt slightly nervous about the process. Saw a model I wanted at a good price. The dealership were helpful and there was no pressure. They replaced a seating cover at no charge. The car passed its MOT a year later with no work required and have had no problems with it. Lovely car to drive. Can highly recommend and would buy from them again. I felt the owners and sale team were trustworthy and fair.

I bought not 1 but 2 cars from these guys. Fantastic help, no pressure and they genuinely seemed to care about the customer being happy. To the point where the little things that I was going to sort myself they picked up on, and replaced without me even saying anything. An example - One of the cars went in for brakes to be replaced, we had recently had ice and snow and I noticed it had ripped the wiper blades, I added some to a basket online while I waited for the cars brakes to be changed. When the car returned they had already changed the wipers off their own back and noticed a very very small oil leak (barely a drop) that they said they want it back to sort out for me at no cost.
Can’t recommend enough and we will be back for a 7 seater soon!

Wish I’d read some of these reviews before buying from this dodgy dealer. Buy from anywhere else and you’ll be better off.

ML13VSX may say it’s had a cam belt change not worth the paper it’s on also check the mot history one mot is from local place most recently to a place in liverpool Big red flag

Worst experience ever ordered for the car to have fresh mot they must of got a mot certificate from dodgy place why would you take a car to liverpool for a mot? Also ask for a new cam belt this didn’t happen although they said they had changed it they did provide receipt but the cam belt didn’t look new….also engine light came on after few hours of driving…. They told me to bring it in cause it needed a service anyways (why didn’t they service the car ? Before collecting (I was in my 14 day returning period) I ask for receipt for the service apperently I didn’t need one…. When I return the car they said I’ll be charged per mile I did 400 miles I was lucky enough to get my full refund but it took forever to get it back please avoid theses proper dodgy
Also didn’t provide diagnostic why the engine light was on
Review left me no choice but to give one star ⭐️ they would have gotten more stars if they had done the job properly

Absolutely dreadful.
Car still in warranty and after being told they’d fix it after 10 days went to collect and took it to our own garage where we’ve been told it’s been totally BODGED AND NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . Now going down legal route and having to hire a car until all sorted . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM
