AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Bought a car here 2 years ago and had my local mechanic service it since. Oil change light came on recently and I contacted Suzuki to be advised that only an approved dealership has the tool required to reset the oil change light. I contacted Philip (owner of the company) for some advice and guidance on the matter, and to see if he could reset the service light for me if I could produce my stamped service book and he quite frankly threw his head up and told me I should have been going back to him to have my car serviced. When I told him that I wasn’t advised of this on buying the car from him he became irate and Told me that he couldn’t be expected to know this about every car that he sells and ended up just hanging up on me. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

I paid Robbie £47k for a sports car exactly one year ago - I told him it was a 'stop-gap' car and would he buy it back. He said he would but I would lose a bit which I totally understood. After one year and only 2k extra miles (total miles now still only 7850) he was reluctant to buy it back but said he would.........at £33k ???!!! The simple maths is a 14k drop for 1 year and 2k miles. I know how draconian the big franchises are with their pricing but this knocks them all into a cocked hat - as a 65 year old petrolhead I know this through experience and I sold the car a few days ago to one of those franchises for much more money. Bottom line is, don't expect any favours there !!

Definitely would not recommend this garage . I bought a fiat 500 2013 plate last June and ever since I brought it home it gave nothing but trouble . It had no MOT and took me 3 nct attempts to get it done . I’ve had endless problems and spent nothing but money on it after already paying €4800 for the car . The dealer promised he would send a cheque out to cover some of the cost and never bothered his hole . Worst dealer I’ve ever had to deal with
