Paul comes across very helpful and friendly but he is a CAR SALES person My mother needed an automatic which we found, a very clean and tidy Micra . Only two months later started to get trouble with it not changing up gears He was ok to look at it so I left it with him. After a week said he had been driving it and could not find a problem, but had change the oil again .Now then the Plug for the diagnostics had been left in by the mechanic mmmm. The car still had the issue, and got worse, so I got a mechanic to check it and found out the gearbox in the £1000 micra has had it.

You were still quite lucky. We spent £7,000 on a 5 year old Mazda 5 that broke down 13 days after driving away. 3 years and 3 court cases later we were given £750 to fix faulty DPF filter and turbo! As well as re-taxing and new MOT. Absolute cowboys. Glad they are no longer selling. Still have car 7 years on but have spent a bit on it ourselves.
Everything went very well when I bought my Jeep from SJ Quality Used Cars! I purchased a Jeep and I had a problem with it not long after purchase and the dealer was happy for me to go to my local garage at his expense which I thought was brilliant. The vehicle was lovely and tidy and in really good condition. I would happily recommend this dealership.

I am very pleased! I bought my Chevrolet from here back in September and all of the staff were very helpful from start to finish. The car was clean and in excellent condition when I received it and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car was a really good price too. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

I bought a Ford Focus in August. I have had no problems and the car was in great condition when I received it. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was a very good price. I would recommend S J Quality Used Cars.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in July. The dealers were very helpful at first and brilliant getting all of the paperwork sorted, it was only when the car had a couple of issues they weren't so good. They were happy to look at both of the issues but they seemed a bit patronising and after they fixed it the issues, they reoccurred pretty much straight away. I am now having the issues looked at my an independent mechanic. Although the car was clean and in good condition and the dealers were okay at the beginning, I don't think I would recommend this dealership based on my experience with the aftercare.

There was a lot of issues with this car that I was not informed about before the purchase including a major issue with the gearbox. This will cost a lot to repair and the dealership are not willing to pay for it. Very disappointed.

S J Quality cars sorted everything out for me, I barely had to do anything. They gave the car a service before I took it off their hands, I got a decent warranty included in the price, I couldn't be happier really.
