Unbelievable service from S James prestige, was looking to buy a car a couple of months ago found their website on Auto Trader. Every single car is to a high standard, beautiful stock of BMWs and Mercedes. Plenty to choose from. Khloe and the sales team at S james have been nothing but outstanding in helping me pick and choose the right car for me. Any queries and problems that I had was solved by the team. I will definitely be getting my next car from S James. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Bought my first car with S James and the team has been most helpful throughout purchasing process.
Only downside is that they’re a tad slow at responding to phone calls.
Nonetheless, I will use them again as they source top notch vehicles.

So I have just bought my 4th car from S James prestige and what a beauty it is. I was looked after by Michael Fitzgerald on this occasion and to be honest Its probably the smoothest and easiest dealing I have ever had with any car from any garage. I am very OCD and very particular when it comes to cars and I think Michael picked up on that right from the very beginning as he made it his absolute mission to make sure the car was delivered to exactly how I wanted it. I was updated regularly from the finance application right through to car pick up day and any questions or queries I had, Michael dealt with them straight away. Honestly couldn't have asked for a more straightforward and easy sale. Will definitely be back for my 5th car from S James Prestige and hopefully will get the chance to deal with Michael again. 5 Star all day long. Thank you

I dealt with Josh at S.James Prestige and I was extremely satisfied.
I originally bought a BMW 4 series GT. However, within 3 days I seen another car on the website that I preferred. I contacted him and we reached a deal where I could return the car I bought a few days before and get the other car I wanted.
Josh was very kind, professional and always available to answer any questions I had. I would definitely use him again.

Received excellent customer service from S James Prestige and an excellent car. Car was immaculate and not only met the specifications advertised but surpassed my expectations, looking even better in the flesh. Natalie Wotherspoon, the sales exec, looked after me throughout the process and was very attentive and made sure the process was quick and easy. She always called me and emailed me with anything I needed to know. She was very friendly, professional and informative. Would definitely buy from S James Prestige again. Had such a great buying experience with everything going well.
