From the get, every sales rep I spoke to was extremely helpful, but in my case, I have to give a special thank you to Michael. We had some hiccups in terms of getting the finance deal that was right for me, and for something out of their control, let's just say that Michael and the team did their utmost to find a creative solution and ensured I drove away with what I wanted. All while they were understaffed (summer and all). Oh yeah, and the car - absolute beauty. No one in the country's got cars like S James. Top notch, prepped to a great quality and high standard, modified bodykit to my spec... Cannot complain. I first used S James Prestige to buy a car back in 2019 and had a brilliant experience so it was the first place I was going back when I was looking to buy a new car. They used to be more of an open dealership with more cars on site that you could go and look at and test drive before buying but recently have moved to be more of an online dealership where you pay a deposit to secure a car and then arrange a collection date where you can view it, test drive it and then take it home. At first I was a little concerned as of course it is a big commitment to pay a deposit for a car you haven't seen or driven but having bought from them before, I know they only provide high quality vehicles with low mileage and not many previous owners. They also have a great add ons to all vehicles they sell to really create head turning cars with bigger than standard alloys, body kit upgrades and window tints etc... Annoying I couldn't drive the specific vehicle before I committed to buy it but simply found the same model at a local garage and drove it there to make sure I liked the vehicle before paying a deposit down. S James Prestige also provide a guarantee that if there are any issues with the car when you arrive and drive it, the deposit is refundable and you don't have to proceed with purchase so this is quite reasonable and provides good re-assurance that they do want to provide fully inspected vehicles and make sure they are up to speed before collection appointments. I dealt with Michael on the phone who was very knowledgeable and provided all the information I needed from him RE the vehicle. He also arranged for a trade in valuation for my current car which was higher than a lot of other garages I enquired with. I ended up selling it privately but it would have been an easy swap to turn up in my current vehicle to leave there and drive away with the new one. Overall the experience was very smooth with a few calls to secure the vehicle and a booking on site for collection where we had a good look at the car, test drove it and sorted all the paperwork. There was a small issue with the wipers after the re-fitting when the windscreen was changed but they fixed this straight away on site with no problems and all working well before I left. The site is a nice private dealership which is very modern and smart and all the stuff very friendly and helpful. It is unusual to find quite genuine people at a car garage rather than a pushy slick greasy salesman at my local Audi & BMW. They are an excellent car dealership and a fresh of breath air in this industry offering high quality vehicles, good service, great prices and great vehicle mods which make the cars stand out on the road. I would highly recommend S James Prestige and likely if I change car again in the future, this will be the first dealership I look at due to their reliability and honesty.

From beginning to end it was great service and the car is beautiful;professional yet friendly, courteous and kind, would quite happily buy from them again; it’s a very different business model for buying cars but it works because they give peace of mind; good three year warranty for a low price only adds to that assurance.
