Khloe and all at S James Prestige were a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the car from Ireland with a few doubts of scamming issues etc but the team were extremely helpful and reassuring. They helped with taxing and insuring the car in the UK as an Irish driver to bring the car home.
Extremely happy with the car and the spec of the car. Would absolutely recommend even to buyers outside the UK. I couldn’t get a car in Ireland with spec as nice as the spec in S James and for less money. Delighted, thanks guys 😁

AUDI A7 Rear spoiler failed after 2 months of purchase. despite the fact that i reported this failure within the 3 months warranty window, due to my sickness and unavailability of my local garage, i had to delay the appointment by 2 weeks, however they have now emailed my saying that my claim is no longer valid.
Please be aware of their terrible after sales customer service and poor quality cars.

We are sorry to see you have felt the need to leave us a 1 star review and are not happy with the aftersales service provided. I have looked into this matter and have spoken with our aftersales team and can see that once the issue was reported you were advised via email to book in at a garage local to yourself within 14 days to have the issue rectified. I can see this was then extended by a further 14 days as a goodwill gesture due to you not being well. In addition to this Luke in our aftersales team has e-mailed you twice with gentle reminders to avoid this outcome. We always endeavour to provide the best customer service possible, our 14 day booking in policy is in place to avoid any further issues occurring and to ensure the fault is remedied asap.

Looking for a car was made easy with S James Prestige. My friends who had already got cars with them passed me on to Michael who made it stress free and helped with all my queries and sorted everything for me. On pick up day it was a very stress free experience and took no time to be out on the road, everything was done for me and service was excellent. Fully recommend the company to anyone looking for a good priced car with that sporty feel. Since buying I’ve been keeping in touch to make sure everything is running smoothly and couldn’t be happier.
