I recently inquired about a beautiful Mercedes GLC I had seen on the S James website. I rang the company and spoke to a gentleman called Micheal who gave me further information. My initial contact with Michael instantly made me feel comfortable to have honest and frank conversations about the car and the types of finances available. Micheal was very open, informative and eager to always give his professional judgement on what was suitable for my circumstances. I rang Micheal back on many occasions to ask questions or to gauge a professional opinion. Micheal was never frustrated or annoyed but instead always willing to go that extra mile, nothing was too big of an ask for him. He dealt with the process with so much care and detail; always keeping my wants and needs at the forefront. Micheal kept me reassured and informed at every stage and provided service of the best quality I have not yet experienced anywhere else. Sadly, due to personal circumstances I was not able to complete my journey with S James on this occasion. However, I thought it was important for other customers to be aware and know that despite not purchasing a vehicle. Micheal continued to treat me as a valued customer, displaying the utmost integrity and upholding all his promises. My initial deposit for the vehicle was fully refunded; hassle and quibble free! Even in the end, Micheal was concerned that I left as a happy customer. This high standard of service and professionalism from Micheal has definitely secured me as a future customer for S James and one I would 100 percent recommend to others.

From the first time I called in until I picked the car up, I dealt with one person rather than being passed to different people. I can’t complain about the service as it was outstanding considering S James is online company, they really looked after me and reassured me throughout.
