Purchased my A class from S James Prestige and couldn't be happier with the service provided. From start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure to buy my A Class from S James Prestige. Natalie dealt with all my queries prior to the sale and could'nt have been more helpful. Matt made the handover procedure easy and gave me a comprehensive overview of the car and paperwork etc. All staff were extremely professional and polite.
Car was exactly as advertised and we'll presented on the day of collection- fully valeted to a high standard.
Easy review to give as S James Prestige couldn't have provided a better service than they did. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Picked up my Ford C-Max and found the whole service very professional and as advertised.
A few negatives were that the car tyre pressure warning light came on before I even arrived home, I would have liked to know these were checked before pick up. Also the windscreen wash was completely empty which was also a little disappointing. Other than that, the car is great and hopefully I will get many years of trouble free driving.

Really good service from Natalie who was in contact with me prior to my wife going to see vehicle as it was a car for her we were looking for. Great test drive experience on visiting premises. Had lots of questions all of which were answered patiently and honestly. Like many, we were not fans of placing a fairly hefty deposit before even seeing the car but once we arrived there was no hard sell whatsoever and all staff were extremely helpful. Beautifully prepped vehicle which is making my wife very happy at present. Cannot obviously comment on aftercare as thankfully no need to contactvas no issues but we did buy an extended warranty which was comprehensive and well priced and could only comment on this in the event of having to claim against it which hopefully will not happen! All in all a good experience and would certainly recommend.

I got a GLC with full spec, I knew it would look good but seriously these guys are so good at what they do. The youtube videos actually don't do justice to what these guys produce.
