I know what your feeling, probably a little hesitant to deal with a dealership which works on an almost click and collect basis. But worry not, i was the exact same myself. SJP caught my eye firstly with the incredible quality/spec of their cars by actually ADDING exterior customization to the car such as alloys, grills, break caliper colors - the list goes on (Most of which are standard and no extra fee)! This is something i haven't seen many dealerships do consistently and is what initially sparked my interest, as i was in the market for an Audi A5 but something which looked aggressive and had some presence when you saw it. I found a black A5 which looked stunning, i read the description carefully as they have a lot of exterior modifications on the car which come as STANDARD but a small few touches which are optional (So please read carefully) Once i picked the audi of my choice the process was taken over by Khloe and the team who helped to put me at ease with how things work at SJP. Within 2 weeks the car was prepped and ready for viewing (+/- collection if you are happy with it) and i knew that i could still walk away and have my initial holding deposit refunded. I cannot emphasis how seamless the whole process was from seeing the advertisement to driving the car back home after i was happy with the viewing. The team were very professional as i requested many things prior to having the viewing done on the car, all of which were answered very quickly. I will definitely be continuing my business with SJP and am absolutely amazed at their professionalism and process.

From the start the process has been easy and relaxed. Dealt with Billy and couldn’t of had it easier, told him what I was after and the specs was looking at, the original car I wanted wasn’t available but he told me an even better one was coming in in a few days in my price bracket and he Was right, the car is a 10/10, specs on point and the condition was great. Was abroad when sorting all the paperwork and even that wasn’t a issue the guys did all the leg work for me with the finance and where they use a regular company they sorted everything out super quick with minimal hassle, and any communication needed was never more then 45 minutes for a reply at the longest, the cars they bring in they make all unique from others you see on the road they even put the rear spoiler on mine as a free add on. People say they highly recommended but that’s a understatement S J Prestige will be a company I use over and over through the years I’m sure.

I recently purchased a BMW through S James Prestige and I cannot fault their service start to finish. Khloe and her team kept me up to date on the progress of the car throughout. On the day of collection I noticed a small scratch on the car, it was immediately taken back into the workshop where it was polished and rectified. I would highly recommend S James Prestige.

From top to bottom, an efficient and professional service was provided. In particular, my sale was handled by Khloe from the very beginning, who was very informative and professional. She provided all the details in a transparent manner, but was also clearly working to make sure that I felt valued as a customer and also got exactly what I wanted. The car itself - wonderful purchase. Clean car with no concerns. They really look after their cars and it is clear to see how meticulous they are. Matt helped us on the day of purchase and he was both efficient and courteous. Overall, the whole sale process was incredibly easy, with a great car purchased at the end. I just picked up my GLC coupe for collection this week thanks to Khole again for making the decision & process super simple & easy. Appreciated the short walkthrough from Mike as well as Sarah who helped me out with one of the spare keys! quick and easy cant complain
