Honest review. First of all I wasn’t very excited to drive 3h down there for the car because contact by phone was not very good. Was hard to get in touch with them. But when I get there all of this changed, been really impressed with the car, really nice and clean. Customer service over there was brilliant, very friendly staff. They didn’t had any problem with HP from my bank and not from them which I am happy about. Everything went nice and really quick. I did full service check at Mercedes main dealer and car it’s great, doesn’t have any mechanical faults, all good. I am really happy about the car how it drives , really good choice. Only thing, had a small issue with one of the parts inside more like a cosmetic issue, but I’ve replaced that myself and didn’t cost a lot. Also after few weeks I had the car I’ve noticed I don’t have A/C and most likely I need to recharge, but I get in contact with SJamesPrestige which paid for it and that was really helpful and nice from them. Overall I am really happy about purchase and I can definitely recommend this place.

Thanks to Josh D, I was able to get my dream German ride in a week. His customer service is 10/10 and the ladies on the collection day were also awesome. I definitely recommend S James Prestige.

Phoned to attempt to arrange to buy a vehicle and was told I had to leave a deposit and next appointment was 4-5 days away I said I’m not willing to leave a deposit due to the bad reviews I’ve read on people not getting deposits back I was told an email would be sent to say my deposit would be returned if I was unhappy I mentioned an email was not legally binding I asked to speak to a manager but one wasn’t in I said all I wanted to do was come and look at a car I was told I’m being rude to which I replied I am not but I could be I just choose not to be then the jumped up stupid girl on the phone hung up , after trying to call back several times they will now not answer - childish really , What a joke of a company Cowboy outfit and just shows all the reviews I read are likely true Looks like I will take my cash elsewhere to a proper garage

From start to finish Michael and the Team at S James Prestige were amazing. Very helpful and ran through all the details and optional extras for my vehicle. The vehicle itself (A6) is stunning and spec was even better than the photos. Collection day itself was hassle free and Sarah-Jane was fantastic. Even the lovely Sasha was lying in the doorway to greet me with her paws. I would highly recommend!
