Phoned to attempt to arrange to buy a vehicle and was told I had to leave a deposit and next appointment was 4-5 days away I said I’m not willing to leave a deposit due to the bad reviews I’ve read on people not getting deposits back I was told an email would be sent to say my deposit would be returned if I was unhappy I mentioned an email was not legally binding I asked to speak to a manager but one wasn’t in I said all I wanted to do was come and look at a car I was told I’m being rude to which I replied I am not but I could be I just choose not to be then the jumped up stupid girl on the phone hung up , after trying to call back several times they will now not answer - childish really , What a joke of a company Cowboy outfit and just shows all the reviews I read are likely true Looks like I will take my cash elsewhere to a proper garage

Good morning Karl I am sorry to see you have felt the need to leave us a 1 star review. As. explained on the telephone we do require a £500 reservation fee to secure any vehicle. this then allows for any upgrades / optional extras to be completed on the vehicle ready for your viewing/ collection. If, upon viewing/collection you felt the vehicle was not suitable the £500 reservation fee would be refunded to your card immediately. This also ensures that the vehicle is taken off sale and is secured for you. I personally handle all refunded transactions and can assure you that had the car not been suitable your reservation fee would have been refunded. I have spoken with the lady in our sales department who you dealt with and know that she is an extremely polite, professional who is a great representative of our company, hence the large number of 5* reviews she has received. She has advised that she had reiterated the above information numerous times and explained our business model, sadly this was not to your liking and your frustrations led to her terminating the telephone call. Our sales team are always on hand to help but we expect the same courteous/polite manner that we provide to all of our customers. Many thanks Kell James
From start to finish Michael and the Team at S James Prestige were amazing. Very helpful and ran through all the details and optional extras for my vehicle. The vehicle itself (A6) is stunning and spec was even better than the photos. Collection day itself was hassle free and Sarah-Jane was fantastic. Even the lovely Sasha was lying in the doorway to greet me with her paws. I would highly recommend!

Khloe and all at S James Prestige were a pleasure to deal with. I purchased the car from Ireland with a few doubts of scamming issues etc but the team were extremely helpful and reassuring. They helped with taxing and insuring the car in the UK as an Irish driver to bring the car home. Extremely happy with the car and the spec of the car. Would absolutely recommend even to buyers outside the UK. I couldn’t get a car in Ireland with spec as nice as the spec in S James and for less money. Delighted, thanks guys 😁

AUDI A7 Rear spoiler failed after 2 months of purchase. despite the fact that i reported this failure within the 3 months warranty window, due to my sickness and unavailability of my local garage, i had to delay the appointment by 2 weeks, however they have now emailed my saying that my claim is no longer valid. Please be aware of their terrible after sales customer service and poor quality cars. Feel free to contact me and i can provide you with the full evidence of their poor service and cars.

I have looked into this matter and have spoken with our aftersales team and can see that once the issue was reported you were advised via email to book in at a garage local to yourself within 14 days to have the issue rectified. I can see this was then extended by a further 14 days as a goodwill gesture due to you not being well. In addition to this Luke in our aftersales team has e-mailed you twice with gentle reminders to avoid this outcome. We always endeavour to provide the best customer service possible, our 14 day booking in policy is in place to avoid any further issues occurring and to ensure the fault is remedied asap.
