Khloe Round is a top notch sales lady, an absolute pleasure to do with. She was friendly and not in anyway pushy like some car sales people can be. She explained everything clearly and the whole process from choosing my car to picking it was an absolute breeze, it was a shame she wasn’t available when I picked the car up but when I did everyone was really helpful. Natalie at SJ Prestige was brilliant from start to finish, answered all of my questions promptly. Picked up a beautiful Audi A6 which feels brand new and came in a great spec. Pick up on the day was smooth and the staff were not too pushy at all which you can typically find at other car dealerships. Had everything sorted in under 2 weeks. Where do we start. From the beginning of the application dealing with Michael, we were guided throughout the initial process. At first things weren’t so straight forward for us but with Michaels help he found a way and before we knew it we were signing the agreement! Myself and my partner had tonnes of questions and no matter what, we were always able to reach the team at SJames Prestige. Come the day before we picked up our new car, my partner had some last minute changes he wanted to make, of course, Michael was on hand to help, even willing to throw in a surprise for my partner when we went to pick up the car the next day!
