Never leave reviews but this is my first time using this dealership and they were faultless Collected car this morning and noticed a very small mark on one of the wheels within 20 minutes the wheel was replaced with a new one very friendly and professional dealership

I know what your feeling, probably a little hesitant to deal with a dealership which works on an almost click and collect basis. But worry not, i was the exact same myself. SJP caught my eye firstly with the incredible quality/spec of their cars by actually ADDING exterior customization to the car such as alloys, grills, break caliper colors - the list goes on (Most of which are standard and no extra fee)! This is something i haven't seen many dealerships do consistently and is what initially sparked my interest, as i was in the market for an Audi A5 but something which looked aggressive and had some presence when you saw it. I found a black A5 which looked stunning, i read the description carefully as they have a lot of exterior modifications on the car which come as STANDARD but a small few touches which are optional (So please read carefully) Once i picked the audi of my choice the process was taken over by Khloe and the team who helped to put me at ease with how things work at SJP. Within 2 weeks the car was prepped and ready for viewing (+/- collection if you are happy with it) and i knew that i could still walk away and have my initial holding deposit refunded. I cannot emphasis how seamless the whole process was from seeing the advertisement to driving the car back home after i was happy with the viewing. The team were very professional as i requested many things prior to having the viewing done on the car, all of which were answered very quickly. I will definitely be continuing my business with SJP and am absolutely amazed at their professionalism and process.

From the start the process has been easy and relaxed. Dealt with Billy and couldn’t of had it easier, told him what I was after and the specs was looking at, the original car I wanted wasn’t available but he told me an even better one was coming in in a few days in my price bracket and he Was right, the car is a 10/10, specs on point and the condition was great. Was abroad when sorting all the paperwork and even that wasn’t a issue the guys did all the leg work for me with the finance and where they use a regular company they sorted everything out super quick with minimal hassle, and any communication needed was never more then 45 minutes for a reply at the longest, the cars they bring in they make all unique from others you see on the road they even put the rear spoiler on mine as a free add on. People say they highly recommended but that’s a understatement S J Prestige will be a company I use over and over through the years I’m sure.
