Definitely recommend dealing with these guys when looking for your next car, i made an 8 hour drive from north east scotland and it was totally worth the drive there and back(16 hours in one day is tough going) especially the journey back in my glc, the guys spoke to me about all the options i could have, warranty, upgarde styling etc. Was never pushy about anything and perfect communication throughout the whole process. Really appreciated the phone calls when saying someone will be in touch with the next steps and it didnt take long to hear from a member of staff on each step of the application. Great service from the very first contact.

Initially called S James Prestige and spoke to a very professional, friendly young lady called Khloe. She explained the companies business model, where by they buy high end cars and then modify them to your specification. She explained the upgrades I could have and from there I found a BMW 3 Series M Sport I liked. At no time was there any pressure to buy, which was another positive. Within a few hours I received a video of the car as it stood before modification. I liked everything I saw and paid the deposit. Then within a few hours again they started modifying the car. Khloe kept me informed of progress at all times, with pictures of the vehicle along the way. I understand people feeling sceptical about buying a car they haven’t seen, but trust me, this process is much more personal and the buying experience was outstanding. When the mods were done, Khloe again sent images of the vehicle. I was blown away by the difference. I organised to go in and pick up the car 5 days later and Khloe even picked me up from the train station to take me to the office which is a very professional setup indeed. The collection worked like a well oiled machine, Sophie from the collections department sorted everything out from Taxing the vehicle, to taking final payment. At no point was anything ever too much of a problem for S James Prestige. They go out there way to make sure you are entirely happy with everything before you drive away. From start to finish the experience was a complete joy and I would recommend Khloe and S James Prestige to anyone. What can I say? From the first phone call to collection the service was impeccable. Natalie was professional, knowlegable, polite and not at all pushy & explained everything in detail offering great aftercare products. The team kept me informed of my application and any issues that arose. They went above and beyond when my collection day was changed at short notice, collecting me from the station and driving back to their office, Harley was a great to talk to on the way back. The collection was simple and straightforard. Overall, a great experience and a company I have already recommended to my friends, fantastic.
