The service from sjames prestige is 10/10. I had the pleasure of dealing with salesman Micheal, who was extremely professional and helpful to make the whole process easy.

I bought a lovely BMW SERIES 4 M Sport, and I couldn't be happier with car, or tge service I received. I'd never bought a car were I had to reserve it first, however the car was exactly as described, with a superb spec, and i was blown away when I went to pick it us. The price also is just so more competitive than anywhere else i looked, and for the spec and finish that you get, no where could compare to SJP. I also love how you can personalise the car if you want extras, which are very well priced. Josh who I dealt with, was superb, and very knowledge,answering all of my queries, before, during and after, and always got back to me really quickly. All of the team I dealt with in the office on collection day were great too. I did also choose to take out tge 3yr warranty, which is really well priced, and gives that added peace of mind, particularly as a previous car I bought from another dealer in the past gave me all sorts of issues and cost me a fortune, and I never want to be in that situation again, so taking out the extended warranty was an easy choice for me. I highly recommend SJP, they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate in returning to them for my next car purchase.

Please if you are thinking of buying a car from S James don’t! It’s been a long and disappointing experience which would be to long to cover in a review however some key points are….. I have a car that is making a noise and because they cannot resolve the issue they used pressure tactics, effectively an ultimatum to try and push me into making a decision about returning the car last night. I would have been returning the car without the money being refunded. Would they sell a car and allow me to drive away with a promise of paying in the morning! I don’t think so! The warranty was sold as a BMW equivalent warranty, yet when I wanted to book it in to my local BMW garage I was told I couldn’t. Clearly not a BMW equivalent. I would argue it’s not worth the paper it’s written on. I have had a call from Mr S James himself this morning and I can see where his business gets its aggressive, threatening and not willing to see things from the customers perspective attitude from. They say as a leader it’s the shadow you cast that sets the tone that people will follow. In summary please if you are reading this review think twice about buying a car from S James, looking from the outside the cars look great but all isn’t what it seems and when things go wrong customer service goes out the window and the threats begin.

Recently brought BMW 520D Touring from S James Prestige, the team where professional welcoming and helpful. The car was prepared before arrival to a excellent standard, with all the work asked for to a high standard car looked amazing and drove really well with no issues at all. Customer service was excellent special mention to Michael he went the extra mile from start to finish. Collection was very efficient after the test drive took less than 15 mins to complete and go through paperwork. Thanks again highly recommend S James Prestige Best Regards Rico

The cars on the website looked fantastic and I was not disappointed when I arrived to collect the finished article. Khloe was very helpful from the outset and ensured everything was stress free from start to finish. I’m sure I will be returning again in the near future. Regards Paul

Had a bit of issues at the start trying to get finance sorted but Michael didn’t let it go and got it all working at the end of the day :)

Michael walked me through the process step by step and took all the stress away. The whole team is accommodating, professional and welcoming. Couldn’t be happier with the car. having the option to make a few modifications to the car before collection day is definitely a selling point. Within a few days the work was complete and the car was ready for collection. 10/10 !
