Stressful and aggressive ! My 91 year old dad bought a Dacia Sandero from SnR a few months ago his receipt was undated so we can't be exactly sure of the purchase date, In fact the receipt contained minimal detail and was only written on a scrap of paper ! A month or so after the purchase the engine developed a problem so we returned it to SnR who subsequently sent it to fish Dacia for a diagnostic. My dad had been without a car for a week or two by now so he asked me to chase them up, I subsequently spoke to Darren over the phone who informed me that Fish had told him that there was "nothing really wrong with the car" I was a little puzzled by this so promptly rang Fish who told me they had categorically said no such thing ! And they log all calls/emails also. I called Darren back and explained this to him and he replied "I don't know what to say about that" and could not tell me the name of the person he had spoken to either.. This naturally caused us to be wary in our subsequent conversations with SnR but I was always civil to them both despite what had occurred. This whole business took a stressful five weeks to resolve and culminated in Aneesh becoming extremely aggressive with me in the office/portacabin (in front of dad) when he claimed that there was damage to the car's boot that we had px'd which my dad and I refuted. Ultimately my dad agreed to settle for keeping the sandero and taking a cheque for £1500 which was the cost for the complete engine replacement that Fish had told us was needed after there diagnostic !! Overall our SnR experience was stressful, aggressive and one not to be repeated.

Bought a car from S&R Motors in May. The team were pleasant and keen to sell the car. I agreed to buy at asking price if the paint on the bumpers was repaired which was agreed. When the car was eventually delivered 5 days later, the guys that delivered the car left with wheels spinning off my driveway. This was an indication to how my car was driven to me. When driving the car for the 1st time after paying the balance, a warning error appeared on the dash as soon as I set off. I mentioned this to S&R was they were very slow to respond without being chased. I took the car to Skoda who diagnosed a faulty gear selector and quoted £250 for repair. S&R offered £150 towards the repair. This took a long time and lots of chasing to be paid. On later inspection of the car, I found both front tyres had massive gashes and slices which were very dangerous, costing more money for me to put right. Make sure you look at the car thoroughly before paying and do not expect any after care or support.
I have recently brought a Audi A3 from S & R Motors (Greenbridge) Ltd for my wife the service was second to non the sales guy Lee was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all would highly recommend
S & R Motors Greenbridge were very helpful without being pushy, very friendly. i bought my bmw x1 5 months ago and as been excellent, will certainly go to them again when i need to change my car, and would have no problem in recommending them.
Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I bought my BMW from S & R Motors last year. It's been great. The only issue is that one of the buttons is missing from the stereo but other than that it's been perfect. I would happily recommend this dealership to anyone.

This is my second dealing with S&R Motors. I bought a BMW from here back in June and I have had no issues at all other than the sat nav not working but they sorted that very quickly and efficiently. The car was quite an average, reasonable price. The dealers are very helpful and able to advise and answer any questions. I would recommend this dealership.

They'll promise you the earth and you'll be lied to. 10 days after purchase starting issues, stiff gear change, OS sidelight keeps blowing. They had the car for 2 weeks, never did anything saying it's being worked on. They NEVER ring you you HAVE TO ring them. They agreed to have battery & starter motor changed then wouldn't pay for labour to have them fitted. Loaned me a clapped out Renault Megane. When the gear shift cables were changed they badly scratched the passenger side dashboard. Still waiting to have it done an initial promise a bottle of touch up paint. Sales reps have degree in lieing.
