Staff were not nice and sold me a horrid car. Bought a BMW 3 series (2002 plate) in mid February for fairly sizeable amount after finding it via Autotrader. The miles/ condition seemed to be good for the price so I thought I would go view it. I arrived at the 'show room' (after pre-arranging an appointment the day before and the morning of to confirm) and was ushered to a waiting area in the corner of the garage, after 20 minutes I went to speak to one of the members of staff who were just milling around and they looked at me as if I was causing them an inconvenience. They then told me the car was not at the garage but at a 'holding' lot about 3 miles away, after some terrible drawn directions I drove around to the lot. I found the car (at last) and was show about by the lot manager, Les. He was very genuine, he was honest about the car and said he did not know much because it had just come in. After taking it for a test drive I was harassed by the 'sales' team who had driven down to the lot, they came up with all the BS like 'more people are coming to view it!', 'Phones have been going mad for it'. I laughed really as it was all just textbook pressure sale techniques. I spoke to Les back at the garage and asked him for his opinion and he said it looked like a good car for the price I was paying, and based on that I very foolishly put down a deposit and came to pick up the car the following evening. Fast forward one week, I took it for a check up from my local garage, they had said that the airbag had recently been deployed and had been botched back together, to fix it would cost £250. I phoned back the garage immediately and said 'You sold me a car that was not road worthy, there was no driver airbag, if I had crashed I could have been seriously injured or worse. They fed me some story about how they can only cover gearbox and engine problems, I said can I speak to the manager/ supervisor and he said he would get him to ring me back. Never got a call back. I was extremely upset by this point and just wanted to get the fault fixed. I paid for the airbag to be refitted and also asked for a full service of the car, the bill I got back to fix the problems was £1700!! I was presented with an invoice with over 2 pages of faults / problems. I told Iver about this and they didn't want to know, saying it could have happened when I left the garage, they only cover gearbox/engine etc. I feel like a right mug for trusting these people. The car was expensive and took me a while to save up for, I was taken for a ride by some very rude and unprofessional car sellers. TAKE MY ADVICE - DO NOT BUY FROM S S AUTOS. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED ZERO LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL LIE THROUGH TEETH TO GET A SALE. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I've Autos is also S&S autos. They go on about they are a proper car dealership, THEY ARE NOT IN MY OPINION. I bought a car from them which was littered with faults, which were barely rectified after 6 weeks and trading standards being involved. They are not contactable when it comes to sorting stuff out, they pass you round from person to person and never call you back. They leave their cars dirty to cover up scratches and dents. I just honest to god wish I had read reviews before I purchased from them. I would not recommend them to anyone. They should be investigated in my opinion and should not be allowed to keep trading. People like these should not be allowed to close up shop and just reopen under a different name. PLEASE read this before you go through what myself and many others have. Awful company with horrific after care service.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Allowed me to buy a car and drive away with my son knowing the breaks where faulty!!! Heartless and cold people. Bought the car a month ago. But it lasted 5 days!!! Was promised a refund then changed their mind and offered me a repair! Now in a battle to get my money back. Repotered them to TRADING STANDARDS!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! This is my personal experience!!!!

These people are completely immoral, spiteful and lack any sort of conscience. I went here to buy my first car, I am a 20 year old girl. 1500 pound was my limit but they persuaded me to but one for 2000 pound. On the first day I had the car I realised my headlights did not work and I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. I rang them up to complain and they hung up on me telling me it was not their problem. On the second day my window stopped working and it would not go back up and I had to drive with the window open in the pouring rain and freezing cold. The central locking makes and awful noise also and I have been told it will eventually stop working and coat three hundred pounds. They did not valet my car properly and they did not even clean the outside. I rang them up asking for them to repair it and they were not interested at all. They told me to get lost and the car is my problem now, refused to fix or refund the car. Will take them to court. They are threatening and dishonest

The worst garage i ever dealt with the car they sold me was unsafe to drive as told by an independant mechanic and basicly told me to get lost when i phone go tell them of the issues and were even threatening and all i wanted was a safe reliable family car stay away from these people
