Sam Smith Motor Retail has restored my confidence in buying a used car....not that my purchase today looked used - It was spotless inside and out with all the correct paperwork and documents in place. Ben came with me on the test drive, he was professional and knowledgeable, none of the usual chit chat or distraction tactics - he is an absolute credit to the company. Sam completed the same, he too was professional and knowledgeable and he clearly has a passion for his job. I will be recommending Sam to everyone and anyone I know who is looking to buy a car....and if like me, they have to make a 6 hour round trip to ensure they are not sold a monster, then it will be worth every single second!! I am very happy with my Audi A3 S from Sam Smith Motor Company. I have had it for a while and so far I have had no issues with it at all. The car was nice and clean and in very good condition and the sales man was super helpful and friendly. The whole process was make very easy and I would definitely recommend Sam Smith Motor Retail to my friends and family.
