The gentleman on the phone was pleasant, knowledgeable, and booked me in to view it the following morning. When I arrived on Sunday, the team was welcoming and had prepped the vehicle ready for viewing. They had left it inside the garage for my arrival, which made it feel extra special waiting for the shutter to open to reveal it! The truck was exactly as described—honest, clean, and clearly well cared for. The guys allowed me plenty of time to look over everything without feeling rushed or pressured, but they were right on hand whenever I had a question. We took it out on a test drive, and their location is ideal for it—there’s a great mix of roads nearby so you can properly test how the vehicle performs. The chap who came along on the drive was brilliant to chat with; we had a great conversation about the company's history and some of the other impressive stock they have in their inventory. Back at the dealership, we sat down to talk numbers and negotiated a deal we were both really happy with. They remained completely professional throughout and were never dismissive of my offers, which was a breath of fresh air. The paperwork process was seamless and thorough. They provided detailed receipts, transferred the V5 online for me there and then, and even offered to assist with getting the road tax sorted before I drove away. Overall, I am incredibly happy with my experience with the team at Samys. If you are in the market for a second-hand pickup truck, I cannot recommend them enough—their inventory and customer service are top-tier. Thanks again, guys!

I wanted a Toyota Hilux and saw that Samys Car Sales had one, there was a issue with the engine management light but its all sorted and has been good since! They were all very, very good when I went in! I'd recommend them

I was looking for a new car, and Samys were in close proximity to me and had a good price! I do think they could of been more forthcoming in the discription of the vechile but other than that they were decent, very efficient in the office, had facilities on site and good coffee!
