I paid £500 on Thursday and they said that the car will be valeted and delivered on Monday at 2pm. It was a birthday gift so would be surprise at the party. Car hadn't delivered by 1pm and I called them. Phone was switched off. I mean it's Monday 1pm. How can you phone be switched off? Called the garage next to them and he said that the guy hadn't turned up that day. In 5 minutes, an another number called me. It was someone else who said that their system was down and phone and the computer weren't working. They had one landline and one computer at their office. Car wasn't ready and couldn't be ready that quick. I said leave it. I don't want the car. Please refund me. He said that i would have been refunded in 15 days. It's been 3 weeks I'm still awaiting for my money. I contacted to them several times and they don't pick my phone up even refuse the call. I will take legal actions against them.

Out of interest, did you receive your refund or did you have have to take legal action? It's looking like I will be taking legal action against this dealer as he has revealed himself to be extremely unprofessional and untrustworthy and has and left me in a position of having to pay a lot of money to put things right on my car.
Very pleased with the car nothing to much trouble good communication from Greg with the click and collect service provided well recommended.
Worst service I have ever received, went through all the finance details for the sale of a car to be delivered to me and on the day of delivery the car was a no show and the company did no answer numerous phone calls or texts - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Alan and Greg gave terrible customer service. Finally got through to a man who told me he did not need my sale and denied all knowledge of the car sale, which I find hard to believe considering it’s a ‘family run’ business
Purchased an Audi Q3 and the service fromthe team at Sandibrook was excellent.
Great service, any small issue with car was sorted by guys and while car was unavailable they gave me replacement car. I had bad experience with other trader before and they advised me what to do etc. I’m not sure if I’m more happy about car or their service because both of those things was perfect. More traders like Sandibrook.

Recently purchased a ford mondeo from Alan and Gregg at Sandibrook. Gregg was initial contact and provided me with all documents on car advertised and then went for a test drive. Before purchase looked over the car and came up with a list of work they would complete prior to collection based on the negotiated price. Collected late on a friday night and Alan made the time to finalise the deal with all transfer documents including 6 month warranty, Even allowed me to use their computer to tax the vehicle prior to driving away. looked over the car to make sure all works discussed had been completed. Complete process was professional, no pressure sales and all agreements were achieved prior to sale of the car. One small moan is that contact via email and phone took longer than anticipated. However, this is to be expected from a small family run business. Car purchased has met my expectations to date and I sincerely thank Gregg and Alan for their efforts in organising this sale.

Terrible service from a terrible company. They have had the car back 3 times to do a repair after purchase. All they have done is make thinks worse. £1300 of repairs needed within 3months of purchase.

In response to your review, any matter raised on the vehicle was dealt with quickly and in the proper manor and fully investigated. You have since made a further complaint about an oil leak and have sent an estimate for repair which contradicts our own investigation and that of a 3rd party hence why our selves and the warranty company dispute it.
Purchased a Vauxhall corsa diesel from Greg / Alan . Very good service . Pleasant and helpful . Excellent after sales service .
SANDIBROOK LTD SOLD ME AN UNROADWORTHY CAR! Had the car all of 4 months costing hundreds after not long owning for repairs, For it to then breakdown again going to cost another £800 for repairs, Greg did nothing to solve this problem! CAR HAD TO BE SCRAPPED!!!!!!!!! Would never recommend these!

In response to your review, the vehicle had a full valid mot and was road worthy, the work you carried was for "brakes for life" from another company which was not needed. We inspect all our vehicles to a high standard but with any car under £1000 it is likely to have wear.
I purchased an Audi A5 from here back in August. The car was nice and clean and in good condition and up to now I have only had one issue which the dealers contributed to the costed to get sorted. I would recommend this dealership, they have been helpful and friendly.
