Recently brought a fiesta from Sandicliffe Ford Hucknall site a month ago,the service was great,they couldnt do enough to help you.really friendly atmosphere and free coffee when you get there!
Was going to do a deal on fiesta with Sandicliffe Ford in Hucknall, but got to find out ther was a £89 admin fee which the sales manger abruptly told me it was in the ad when I got home back to North Yorkshire I checked the ad .on the site I saw the car on no mention of admin fee when i checked ther own site I could not find it in ther terms and conditions salesman Phil brilliant manger wants some training in customer care would not have gone all that way if I had known ther was admin fee would not recommend them nothing wrong with salesmen phill brilliant man he should be manger ther loss not mine.
i purchased an MG from Sandicliffe Hucknall back in August. The car was a good price but there were some cosmetic issues with the car that the dealer promised would be sorted before I collected the car and they weren't. The dealer didn't go through every aspect of the car with me but up to now I haven't had any issues with it. I don't think I would recommend this dealership based on my experience with this dealership.
