I travelled 60 miles to Sandicliffe FordStore in Leicester for an appointment to test drive the Ford Mustang. Beforehand, I was offered a quote of £418 per month for the car. I wanted to see if the dealership was willing to lower the £418 I was quoted for but Leila at Ford Leicester refused to see me. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time.

I would recommend to anyone to use Welford Road Sandicliffe. Both myself and my daughter have are cars from them and wouldn't use anyone else. The staff are friendly, smart, very helpful nothing is to much trouble. The staff are more like friends now than sales staff.

We love our car and it drives beautifully, I recommend Sandicliffe as they were great on the day and the car is wonderful but one complaint I do have is that there after sales could stand to improve, I had an issue regarding scratches that appeared after my car had been in for some repairs and when arranging to get it fixed the communication from their end hasn't been very good, aside from that I'm pleased with how everything went.
