Negotiated a fair price on Monday and the car was freshly serviced and M.O.T.'d ready to drive away Wednesday, I was also sent a personalised video of my new vehicle. Worst ever experience, rude staff, and exteremely poor service and i dont even like to give one star even ...I had engine management light in my ford focus, i did diagnostic with sandicliff Loughborough and they found fault in sensor wiring is broken. I was asked to pay £75 for diagnostic charge which i paid, and i said i have ford protect extended warranty and they said yeah thats fine. On that day i had real issue with getting connected with them regarding my car bit anyway it was sorted after. I was asked to speak to Andrew Ong at sandicliff and he will book my repair day. I saw him and booked my repair day and asked him how much i have to pay then he said nothing just a £75 charge. And when i went to drop my car he said u have to pay £118 now and it was never been discussed and he was rudely said if you want to repair your car then u can with £118 charge if not do t do it. I was angry because he said you dont have to pay anything and it will get repair. And shockingly and unprofessionally he put charge on invoice by his hand, that was completely unprofessional. Really not at all happy and never recommend anyone.

In short, brought a second had Ford C-Max from Sandicliffe Loughborough, great looking car £8,000 told only one careful owner low mileage ( should have walked away then) within one month in Liverpool had to call out the AA ( injection issues) they reset told to have it checked out. Dealer said no warranty all is chargeable? As car was running ok left it. Few months later all injectors needed replacing cost me £1,500 sandicliffe of Loughborough say oh no sir we wouldn’t have said that you have no warranty as you have three month but now it’s too late as you have had it for nine months now. Never again will I purchase a car from them and at every opertunity I will never recommend them, absolutely dreadful. Sandicliffe when I brought it say that they have done all the mot, servicing on this car from new and never a problem, well for a car that had only done 18000 miles when I picked it up, my garage mechanic states that they had been changed before...... looks like I was sold a pup, well done sandicliffe well done.

Excellent service from Mark in sales but oh dear pre sales inspection by the service dept was absolute rubbish, they insisted on skimming a pitted disc and left a poor surface. The other disc is pitted and they didn’t even look at it. Would not dream of putting my car in for service at Sandicliffe Loughborough.

I purchased a car from Mark at Sandicliffe Loughborough in the used car sales on Sunday 28th October and have to say the care commitment and genuine personal service and advice were second to none!
