Unbeatable service, I travelled over 4 hours today to buy a pickup and had a nightmare with my insurance company, wasn't a problem for Daniel he went way above and beyond to help me sort things. The quality of vehicles on their floor are out of this world considering their cheap prices. I wouldn't even think twice about driving up again for any future purchases. One of the few good places left and the staff are amazing with no pressure or being rushed 5 stars isn't enough.

Found Dan to be be polite; honest and friendly, not pushy at all, just let us browse on our own. Once I had found the car I wanted the rest of the experience was very relaxed and chilled. In fact Nathen and Mark (the owner) were just as honest and friendly. On their check, before releasing the car, there was a fault which was a system update so they were unable to fix. They advised that I take it to my local VW dealership to fix and to pass the bill on to them. All fixed now so I can not fault their policy. I would recommend Sarah Cox Cars to anybody Thank you for such a relaxed but professional experience
Wow, great company couldn't be more happy with them. Originally booked to view a car elsewhere but let down at last minute contacted Sarah cox they had a simular car had it ready to view in 20min. After driving over 2 hours to see the first car my disappointment turned to joy as now I'm the proud owner of my new car. Thanks to everyone at sarah cox autos.
The process of buying a used car from here was really easy and relaxed. The showroom is A+ standard. The staff friendly and honest. The pinnacle of what a car buying Experience should be.

Recently bought a car from Sarah Cox Cars of Newark. I may add not THE Sara Cox but the car dealer. It was a very refreshing experience to say the least from initial contact with Nathan (lovely boy) to dealing with Daniel the manager at point of sale. Heather the admin was also very efficient when we discovered a small problem with a rear view camera which was covered by there inhouse warranty even though we live over 100 miles away. Overall a good deal we feel.
Bought a seat leon estate back in november 2022 from sarah cox cars. 14 of march car beaks down. cambelt snapped. total loss of engine. done 1600 miles. by law the car must be free of major defects on the first 6 months. Mark refuses to fix the car and ignores any comunication from me the broker and finance company. they are very friendly until things go wrong... Avoid at any cost.

Hi Fabio, you are slightly correct - your cambelt did snap unfortunately out of your warranty period. The cambelt was changed at a third party garage months before you bought the car, you did not want to resolve the issue with the company that changed the cambelt where there was warranty with. We paid for diagnostics at a local garage to yourself. We spoke to you and said the vehicle is out of warranty (as you knew) and to get the car to us, months passed where we heard nothing from you and then you finally sent the car to us to inspect. We offered to do the work but as with all mechanical garages there is a wait as the trade is busy. We then agreed with your finance company that the best resolution is we refund the deal even though it’s a year later - but we are bad people???! We have asked you a week ago to send the paperwork for this car so we can conclude this but still nothing has arrived ?? Very easy to leave people 1 star reviews but you find me another company that would refund a deal in full after a year. As you have spare time to write poor reviews please can you find the time to forward the paperwork for the vehicle. Thanks Daniel
