I bought a Honda accord gt and I had some problems with the car since the first day I had it when I rang Daniel he was ready to help.i thought my car was cursed and I didn't had no luck with this car but Daniel was always there to help me and every problem I had he sorted now my car is running lovely and I'm able to enjoy my new car I do recommend this dealer to anyone is looking for a honest dealership. I dealt with Sarah Cox Cars in rather unusual circumstances. I was planning to buy a new Mercedes E Class via brokers Carfile who offered friendly and helpful advice and a great discount even on this brand new model. They suggested I traded in my existing E Class for cash with Sarah Cox Cars and was offered a good cash deal over the phone. I then found that the new E Class does not suit people of my height (5' 6") so decided to buy a nearly new (Jan 2016) run-out model E Class for almost 30% off list from Mercedes of Bradford. I did not expect Sarah Cox to still honour their earlier offer but I rang and explained the situation and they did without hesitation. I delivered my car to them yesterday, Mark Cox transferred the funds as agreed and they gave me a lift home (40 miles). The funds were already in my bank account! They are nice honest people, sell some lovely cars and are a great alternative to main dealers. I would recommend them to anyone.

Having only bought cars in the past from main dealers, I was a little nervous about buying from an independent. Daniel and his team were quite frankly, amazing.. After purchasing a BMW 5 series from Daniel I was extremely disappointed with there after care. When I purchased the car I was very happy with the price. Ie. Paid full asking, in the understanding that they would supply a spare key. After numerous attempts to contact I have now given us as the " man you need to speak with" is never there. The car has been fine and the sale very smooth. There seems to be no aftercare!

For weeks I was looking for a Ford B Max 16tdci and was looking on the internet when I came across Sarah Cox Car Sales. I called them up and was talking to Daniel the sales person (nice chap) anyway asked to take out the B Max. Daniel was very help even let me take the car out on my own if I wanted too.
