Purchased a Audi Q3 for my wife from Sarah Cox Cars, was given a good price for the part exchange. She loves the car now was apprehensive about a automatic, Mark was very patient and explained and demonstrated the vehicle to my wife in layman's terms, and built up her confidence to go on a test drive. I had been looking for a car the right price for a year, and sarah cox cars had what i can only say an excellent bargain. When viewing the car i was suprised how stunning it was. I even managed to get a little off the asking price. These guys are very professional and helpful, a month after buying they even helped my put a private registration on my car and made the plates up, when asking them what i owed them they wouldn’t take a penny. I haved seen some negative reviews about after sales problems under warranty and can not beileve them, i thought there could be a problem with the a slight hum on left side and they had this investigated as soon as i raised this with them, the outcome was they couldn’t define what it was, when i collected the car sarah cox said if i wanted to take it to a garage of my choice if they was a proplem they would pay for any repair need. I cannot see how fairer they could be, i have friends that are mechanicaly minded and they said it is road noise so i haven't worried any further.
