Sascron cars. Avoid. 12 o’clock appointment to see a discovery sport. They said car not on site but it’d be an hour. I’d just driven an hour and half. We waited. (Appointment confirmed by phone at 5pm last night and they rang at 9.30 this morning to reconfirm) car eventually driven into showroom at 2.05. It was not as described re electronic retractable tow bar. It was detachable and I could literally just pull it off. Manager an obnoxious twat. I said the price would have to adjusted and I refused to test drive until price sorted. They then tried to add 199 quid for giving it a whoopy do pre sales “gold” check and the price actually went up. When I pointed out I didn’t ask for this extra service, I would have been happy with free basic checks the salesman told me it was compulsory unless I was trade. This is not anywhere in their website or even on their leaflet that he was currently holding up to show me. I left having wasted a whole day

Booked into test drive a car, drove for an hour and was then told I couldn’t unless I was going to buy it. Told i would also need to buy an insanely expensive warranty if I was to buy. Car had all alloys kerbed, tires put on incorrectly (and dangerously so), blown tail lights. Bunch of time wasting jokers. Avoid.

Never been spoken to so rudely or abruptly by the sales manager, only warranty they offer is if you pay £500 for their basic warranty.... avoid at all costs unless you want to be treated appallingly
Went to purchase a car with a friend today and was very impressed with the service and helpfulness of the staff....it is difficult times but they made the process very easy ...i would recommend the dealership to others with no problem ...
