Second car I’ve bought from Sascron and again found the team very friendly and professional. A special mention for salesman Steve Al-Kazraji who delivered everything he promised would go back again

Unfortunately Sascron have made the car buying process one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. We travelled for 2 hrs to be met by Sam the salesman who had prepped the wrong vehicle for us to look at. The vehicle we had come to look at was shabby and not for us but we did find another that we liked. Sam was reluctant to let us drive the vehicle until we had agreed to purchase it. Despite Sam’s appalling attitude we sat down and had a conversation where we was told that the car had a full BMW service history that was logged online. Once Sam had disappeared to eat his lunch mid way through the conversation and we had agreed to buy the car, we was allowed a test drive. He seemed reluctant for us to pick up the car following Sunday which was the only day we could. After a 2 hr drive on the Sunday morning we was phoned and told off by Sam for being 20 minutes late for our appointment to pick up our £18,000 car. Once there to pick up the car we noticed that there were marks all over the car from where it can been mechanically polished so the car had to be sent back to the workshop to be sorted. We were given a piece of paper with service interval details and told again that the service history with the car was all present and correct. Once we had got the car home we noticed that the window washer fluid wasn’t working, which was odd considering that it had supposedly just gone through an MOT. When we phoned Sam he turned in a particularly angry little man and assured me that they were working before I picked it up. (Since then a garage has told me that they had not been working for some time) We have taken the car to BMW to have the service history printed out. We was quite bemused to find out that there was NO history for the vehicle whatsoever. Yes, we had bought a car which was to have a full dealer history and there was in fact NONE. Our experience with Sam and Sascron has been shocking. Not only have we been treated appallingly but also lied to and mis-sold to. If I had my time again I wouldn’t touch this lot with a barge poll.
Appreciate all the help we received from Sascron and Liam, we bought our new Toyota, easy transaction and very pleasant.
I called Sascon to make an enquiry about an Audi ...and I asked if are any hidden fees. The sales guy told me no, but when I went to their showroom his colleague told me that I need to pay the deposit before the test drive and also I found out that they have a admin fee and due to the year of the car he can't sell to me without a warranty. Awful..Image my surprise when I found out I need to top up the car price with about 1.2K.
Absolutely no customer service at Sascron, salesman stuck in the 80's Arthur Daily era, make all the right promises, unfortunately in my opinion and based on my experience all lies. Sold me a £20,000 car with damaged tyres and I have no evidence that a service was carried out prior to collection as agreed and promised by John Stairs, I have opened a complaint and have had very little response or care from the company (SASCRON). If you are thinking about purchasing from here I would seriously reconsider, I have just spent 4 hours preparing court paperwork to recover £511 + £82.99 court fees, still you can't put a price on principle right. You have been warned!!!

Really poor customer service at Sascron and their credibility is in question. They advertise they inspect all the cars and are roadworthy before they sell them. So, can somebody explain me, how come after I bought a car from them and they serviced it, provide me a clean Mot and they gave me a proof of changing the cambelt, the car had couple of issues like a loud metallic click then you were steering? Hmmm.... And very difficult to reach somebody.. All the times are in the meetings or have clients.. Somebody will call you back - that's their answer to all the problems.

I found the Sascron sales team most accommodating, dealt with John Stairs great guy and really helpful, and sorted the chips in the windscreen quickly that had appeared between viewing and collecting (missed on PDI!!!) problems started day after I collected the car, when I viewed the car the tyre pressure warning light was lit, on collecting the car found all lights out, you would assume all ok, NOT this time the day after I had the car the light came on again, on checking the tyre pressures found 3 tyres at 33psi and one at 22psi, topped up to 33psi (assuming this to be correct) a week later down again to 30psi, took to garage, found an non repairable puncture in the tyre all other tyres still at 33psi, new tyre and £185 later and tyre pressures set. all tyres where low and puncture missed on PDI, Sascron refused to take ownership, in conclusion sales good, workshop practices and PDI poor (missed windscreen and tyres) and aftersales and customer service poor. A good experience quickly turned to a nightmare.

I had two very enjoyable & entertaining days with Marcus @ Sascron in Thatcham. Having seen an Audi Q5 car on their website & spoken to Marcus on the phone I was pleased to find all was 'present & correct' when I arrived for my test drive. The car drove like a dream & Marcus took me through all its gadgets & knew the car well. I tried to Part-Exchange my Audi Q7 with them ( as they advertised ) however because they didn't deal with LHD cars I had to sell it to another dealer & sadly lost money. However Sascron very kindly allowed me to do meet this dealer on their premises where he bought the car & transferred the funds immediately into my account, this then allowed me to finalise my purchase on the Audi Q5. Marcus was very attentive throughout the whole buying process, is immediately likable & extremely professional he is an asset to this company. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is simply because Sascon do not mention on their website that their 'Safe & Sound Warranty' for one year is an obligatory extra charge of £695.00 ( incl vat ) & admin charges are an extra £199.00, which bumped up my budget way over & was a shock ( its bread & water for the next month !). They also do try to sell you all the little extra's but that's normal & up to you to decide......its company policy. I will return to trade in & upgrade my car in two years so long as Marcus is still there & can look after me.......its rare to find a sales person who is honest, upfront & makes buying a car stress free. I would definitely recommend Sascron to my friends & family.

Sascron were very helpful when you are buying a car but once you have signed the paperwork good luck getting any response or help. We purchased a Discovery 4 from Calvin at Sascron, 1st problem was that it was registered disabled so he sent us to a post office to tax it, they wont do it because the V5 needs changing so ended up having to sort this ourselves. Next, 40 mins in to the journey home the car breaks down on the M4. Brakes smoking etc. They want us to bring it back to them. Ended up getting our recovery to a service station and waiting 8 hours for them to provide us with another car we had to insure just to get home (took a month to get refunded to us). They collected the car and 'repaired' it. Next longer journey we took it on, same thing again. This time I have fixed it as their garage seems incompetent (Changed one side of the brake shoes and not the other and did not adjust them) I'm still waiting to try and at least get the money for the parts I have had to replace but customer services just don't reply and you can't phone them. Warranty provided doesn't cover the car as they 'mistook' the mileage on the policy when they took it out and they are still overlooking some smaller issues the car had when we got it (tow bar had no key and 2 locks are playing up) If you are considering a purchase I would steer clear of this bunch of useless money grabbers. No customer service and very very poor communication, let alone their garage skills. Avoid Customer services - If you wish to contact me I suggest you call me.
