I bought a car from here in January. It was very clean and in good shape and the staff were happy to help. I am currently having an issue with one of the lights but this is being investigated. Overall, I am pleased and I would recommend Sascron.

We were informed we had to pay a FULLY REFUNDABLE deposit in order to secure a test drive. We were clearly informed that if we were not happy with vehicle or for any reason, we would receive a full refund of our £500 deposit. We cancelled the test drive the following day and guess what, the refundable deposit has not been refunded. Read the reviews on here and other websites. Don't pay a deposit!!! I bought a car from here in august. The car has had numerous issues and the service has been appalling. They have been dishonest about the condition of the car and I the whole experience has been very poor. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I purchased a Mercedes-Benz from here back in August. Up to now I have had no issues with it at all and it was a very good price. The car could have been cleaner but was in good condition over all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

My husband and I drove for over 2 hours yesterday to specifically see and test drive a car with Sascron that I had seen on Autotrader. When we arrived we had the most uncomfortable experience we have ever had when buying a car. I was allowed to see the car, which did in fact look beautiful and as described, but just as others have said, I wasn't allowed to have a test drive until I had sat through about 40 minutes of talk on finance, gap insurance and warranties, none of which I was interested in. The first young lad we talked to didn't have a clue about what he was selling as I had to point out to him from the booklet I was given that the aspect of the warranty we were discussing didn't even apply to cars over 6 years old (we were looking at an 8 year old car) and he clearly had no idea. Sensing he wasn't doing so well, the manager Matthew then took over trying to sell us warranties and gap insurance and seemed frustrated when I wasn't interested. When I tried to move things along and do a deal on price, I was told this wasn't possible and that I must commit to the full asking price (plus an previously unknown admin fee of £149) before I could do a test drive. I don't have a problem with them holding out for the higher amount, that's absolutely their prerogative to do so but the ridiculous thing is that I would have gone up to the full amount they were asking if I had liked driving the car but there was no way I would commit to it before I'd even driven it - who buys a car before they know they like it?? In desperation I said we were going to look at another car that day, which we were but really only out of curiosity, the car with Sascron was always the front runner, but by that point, the two salesmen had so annoyed my husband that there was no way we were going to be buying from them that day. The irony is that I really wanted that car, and I STILL want to buy it as it really did look in good condition and at a reasonable price but there is no way I would deal with such hard sale tactics. So we all lose out - I don't get the car I genuinely wanted to buy (and would have bought that day had I been allowed to drive it) and Sascron lose out on a sale. Don't buy from them unless you are prepared to take out as much finance, insurance and warranties they can persuade you to buy plus commit to buying the car before you've even sat in it. What a disappointing experience and a waste of our time.

Hi there, I find your story very interesting. I see they are still up to their old antics. They have stolen our £500.00 deposit which was confirmed as fully refundable at the time of booking our test drive. We are currently pursuing court action and are due in court on the 9th Febrary. I completely agree about the 'admin fee' - bizarre, just build it into the price - why would I have to pay for the administration of buying my car. It completely put me off and set a really bad tone at the start, which didn't improve.
I bought a Vauxhall Zafira from here in July. The car was clean and in very good shape and the dealers were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have had no issues at all and I am happy with everything. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Good experience with Sascron. In July I purchased a Vauxhall Antara. The car did develop an issue which they got sorted fairly quickly but the issue has reoccurred so It's been booked in again. The car was received very clean and in very good condition and is very good value for money. I would recommend.

I bought a BMW from here back in July. The car was really clean and in great condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealers have been really helpful and are very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Absolutely appalling attitude form them once you have committed to buy a car. You have to take delivery when it suits them and the sales manager actually told me to take time off work !!! These people are driven by one thing only and that is to part you from your money and they don't care how they do it. Stay away from these people.
I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan from this dealership back in June. The car was really clean and exactly as described. There have been one or two snags with the car but nothing serious. The car runs well and the dealers have been very helpful. I would recommend this dealership.
