Have bought 4 cars from these people. All problems were sorted quickly. Overall very happy with this car dealer.
All in all the people at the dealership were lovely and they run a good business, the car wasn't 100% as it was described in the advert as it was missing some features but they said this was an admin error and there was nothing wrong with the car mechanically so I'm happy.

The car itself that I bought from Save On Used Cars in in Scunthorpe is spot on and running mint. The salesman was friendly enough but the customer service could do with improvement, it wouldn't put me off the dealership and I would still recommend them but when you spend that sort of money you expect a bit more really. Also they told me it would be valeted and it wasn't, apart from that the car runs great and as I said would still recommend them.

Traveled 5hrs to garage only to find out that car is nothing like in pictures or description. Did phone dealer before traveling - told that car is absolutely perfect condition which was not, waste of time. AVOID.
Never recommend terrible garage! Even worse aftercare! AVOID!
I had my doubts with this car 3 days after buying it, I had to take it in to be fixed at a local garage which the dealer paid for, I wanted to give it back but they said they would fix it, just failed MOT because of same issues, when you pay 5K for a car you expect it to run for at least a year.., but there has been more faults with it. I would never deal with or recommend this company

I have bought several cars from this dealership over the last few years and have found them to be very reasonably priced. I have only ever had one issue which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use and recommend this dealership.
The main thing about Save on Used Cars.co.uk is that they were able to connect me to a garage down south in Croydon to sort out my new car i purchased from them to be serviced after I bought the car., I consider this as a good thing to do as often once you have the car you may feel they are as helpful. I rate them a 4 and would happily use their services again to buy a car

I bought a car from this car dealer back in December last year, after a week I noticed an oil leak, I phoned and asked if they could take it back, Id arranged a 4500k loan to pay for it, I didnt expect it to have problems after a few days. They suggested i used a local garage to me, i used a BMW place and had the rocker cover gasket fixed, since then its been one problem after another the clutch has gone, gear box is whirring, and of course the warranty doesnt cover it... AVOID this car dealership
