Matt Pacey has been extremely helpful throughout the process. The home delivery service is spuer convenient. Most importantly of course is that the car, landrover discovery sport, is in excellent condition the same as it was advanced. Good shopping experience overall.

Firstly I would like to start with the positives which are I love the car, the sales room is impressive, the ladies at reception were very nice and Joe in the office was lovely to deal with. Now to the negatives which I’m afraid to say there are a few. Firstly I enquired about the car over the phone and we discussed finance and the sales guy gave me a quote which included gap insurance and a number of other extras which he didn’t advise me of or explain. The next thing I knew I was being asked to sign a loan agreement in order to progress the sale despite advising them I wanted to test drive the car and also go though the quote. The finance guy said by signing I wasn’t committed so I did and then arranged to go see the car. On arrival the sales guy got annoyed with me when I questioned the extras in the agreement and said I had already agreed to them when clearly I had not. I also noticed the rear seats didn’t fold down fully and he tried to tell me this was because of the leather and the stuffing in the seat which was a joke. When we went into the office to discuss the sale I advised I wanted the finance but did not want the gap insurance or any additional extras. A week later the car was ready for collection and the rear seat was supposedly fixed as it needed to be calibrated (it still doesn’t go down fully). Once again the loan agreement had an extra added on which was some protection for under the car which once again he said I agreed to which I categorically did not but it was too late to remove. After taking the car home we realised the reversing sensors weren’t working and when I spoke to the garage there advise was bring it to your local Land Rover garage as it’s under warranty. I cannot get an appointment in the garage for 2 weeks and then I will be left without my car for a min of a day and I have no other form of transport. I know things break and cars have issues but this clearly should have been picked up before the car was sold to me. Overall I feel my experience could have been so much better and if I was the owner of Saxon 4x4 I would consider retraining the sales team as they have obviously forgotten the customer is No.1 and people buy from people they trust. Another recommendation would be to diversify ur work force as the only two women there were on reception.

Due to the high turnover, difficult for the sales team to understand the full specification of the vehicles currently for sale, so can be misleading. Great prices and with such a vast range, and real opportunity to compare cars instantly. Saxton clearly find it hard to keep up with the turnover of stock so not all advertised cars are available and not clear what is due in. Raise issue and no one has contacted, as my sale had gone through, so clearly moved on.

Enquired about a car left a holding deposit. My salesmen was called ALEX he gave me his number and kept me updated via what’s app! He always replied even on a Sunday and his days off! The best customer service I’ve ever had!

During inquiry and attendance at the showroom we were looked after knowledgeably around the stock. Once our pick was made a sales person took us onboard and saw us through the details. Part exchange and finance were sorted efficiently and we drove away that afternoon well please with the outcome. Well done.

I brought a E63s from these guys on 20th March , car advertised as one owner , which was what I was looking for , once the logbook came through it had 5 on it!!! the car was also serviced by them, I got my local merc garage to look the car over & said it needed a gearbox oil change , new spark plugs & all the parts they had used where not merc parts , but the cheapest euro car parts , on an E63s 5.5 twin turbo.... I sent the car back ,to them & after many many calls got my money back , they however wouldn’t contribute anything towards the £900 I spent getting the car serviced as per Mercedes service schedule & they won’t even give me my cab fair back home !! After spending £32,000 with them , they have no interest in customer care & I won’t recommend them to anyone, money grabbing... Who don’t care about there customers & only on what profit they can make out of them!!!!

o not waste your money with this… Do not waste your money with this place!!! Brought a xc90 t8 from these in dec 20.. all we have had is problems.. been back 3x times already!! Theres no way they look over the cars before they “flog” them on to the unsuspecting public... Call after call, after call... No one gets back to you!! “Not one will” They just hope you will fade away and give up chasing... Sales bonus is all there after!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THESE!!! READ OTHER REVIEWS FIRST....
