Contacted Saxton 4x4 about a LandRover Discovery on their website. Gary Rothon warned me that the car had not yet been valeted, so was cosmetically not good but we could come and see it that day. Gary happily agreed with our list of minor issues to be repaired before we collected it. Car was ready when agreed, all issues sorted as promised. Only small niggle is we didn't notice till later than the load cover had not been replaced in the boot but Saxton are sending one out to us. Good service, good communication.

They sold my Dad a car and it has had ongoing problems, they told us they would sort it out and offered him a part exchange meaning he would loose 4 grand!?? Absolutly shocking, we have got advice from trading standards and will not settle until we receive a full refund and compensation for fuel they used and train journeys to them etc. My Dad works hard for his money and seeing them treat him like this is horrible. As soon as I return from holiday I will be sending them a letter excersising my final right to reject.
Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Steve Brough was extremely helpful and took the time to discuss variety of cars on our initial visit. I will recommend all friends and family to use Saxton 4x4 and to especially ask for Steve. We had limited contact with everyone else, but again all were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend Saxton 4x4.

I'm a repeat customer at Saxton, returned due to great aftercare. We bought an Evoque last year which had a problem a month after purchase. The warranty wouldn't cover it, but Saxton kindly agreed to pay for the repairs without me having to ask. I returned to check out a Discovery, and had fantastic service from Grant Richardson. I was kept informed of the car's readiness for collection until I picked it up, and even after purchase he followed up to check we were happy. A week later the car had a suspension fault. I phoned Land Rover as it's under warranty, but they couldn't get it booked in for 6 weeks. A quick email to Grant, and he replied promptly promising they'd get it sorted. He put me in touch with Olivia in Servicing who was extremely helpful, and managed to get the car booked in with LandRover within a week. She arranged a courtesy car which I'm picking up tomorrow, and said they'll sort out the rest. You can see why I'm a repeat customer - very few dealerships would look after you this well after purchase.

What can I say. Grant Richardson was a great help when it came to purchasing my car. He asked the right questions and listened to what I was looking for and made sure that I finally got the car I wanted. Great customer service! Very attentive and always had a smile on his face, even though I may have been a bit challenging at times. Thank you again Grant, see you again in a few years time for the next my next car!

Bought a Q7 from Szxton 4x4. Had problems with it a few months after sale. Saxton refused to fix, sketchy warranty they provided didn’t cover it. Awful Customer care. Took them to court and won my money back plus car hire costs under civil rights procedure 2015. Avoid at all costs.

I visited Saxon 4x4 with my partner and purchased a Range Rover Evoque. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed by a polite, courteous sales staff (Gary Rothon) and (Angus -finance dept) who assisted me and my partner throughout the process. I collected my vehicle about a week later, however; there was a minor blip, which Saxon took ownership and rectified the situation. I am now the happy owner of an Evoque, and have already recommended a work colleague and my cousin to the dealership. Thank you @saxon4x4
