Steve brough was one of the best sales man I've ever had made me feel I've nown him for years would definitely be buying my next car from him and saxton again worth travelling from reading to chelford to get the car I wonted and what a car thanks to steve and Samson for all there help.

Steve Brough - Saxton 4x4 Well - I was nervous and didn't want to be over sold a too expensive a vehicle - therefore I checked on various Independent Review sites & found Steve Brough at Saxton 4x4 who came very highly recommended by others We booked a test dive and found a great & very large choice of cars. 2 of my brood loved looking round at the super cars - none sadly that I could afford ! They did however also have plenty of Discovery's - HSE in Black with light leather etc which was exactly what I wanted - well almost They added the darkened windows and tow bar etc in 3.5 days - I had an important luncheon on Friday that I just HAD to have the new car for - and they did it ! He basically did everything I needed and took my cheek and stoooopid questions in his stride When a light came up after I left he answered straight away what it was (son had left the bonnet not quite shut) - I do not recommend lightly at all and run my own business on recommendations for all my new business so I am aware how important it all is. Steve brought sold me my new car and what a honest and friendly guy, he made the dealership feel like it was suposred to, like some one cares about you without trying to just get you out the door as quick as possible so I take my hats off to Steve for all his help and kindness this company needs more steves

It was very hard for me to choose the best car for me as i dont really know much about cars / i was welcomed by two lovely ladies at the desk and helped and advised about the cars in the showroom by stephen brough and Rob at saxtons in chelmsford .They had a huge selection of nice cars, Stephen was knowledgeable and keen to advice and help , i test drove 5 top of the range cars . Superb service , they gave me all the time I needed and I was extremely satisfied with the car I finally chose -a LAND ROVER . stephen explained my options for purchase and he also saved me more money Thank you Stephen and Rob !

I dealt with Steve Brough who was excellent. He awsered all my questions about the vehicle regarding importing etc as this was a LHD vehicle as I was buying to send abroad. The description was spot on and the car was even better than I expected. I was amazed of the selection of 4x4 vehicles and would highly recommend a visit to Saxton if you buying a 4x4 as this will save you a lot of time and money in the long run All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is no hard sell. Overall an enjoyable experience and many thanks

I purchased a ranger rover vogue (Kahn) in 2016 at the time I thought the car was in an excellent condition but since then all I have had has been problems! They asked me for a 5 star review in order to change the windshield that when they delivered had a chip in it! So I gave them 5 star then but now I'm changing it. Since then I have spent over £4000 on failing air bags, cracked side steps, cracked alloy wheels that were poorly repaired and almost sent me to barriers at 80 miles an hour. This is all in 1 year! Their warranty RAC or not doesn't mean anything they don't take responsibility for anything and say speak to Saxton who don't want to know. I don't write reviews but I am angry please avoid these guys if you care about your money. Their cars are unsafe and not worth the money you spend on them. Good luck to those who won't see this review
