After buying our first Tesla in Feb from Saxton we have just bought our second one from them. I purchased online with a £99 deposit then picked up the following day. Easy and efficient, no sitting around waiting for anyone/thing, the cat was fully charged as I requested and I was on my merry way within the hour. If buying on a Saturday I’d get in early as they get busy later on, despite plenty of staff, it’s a magnet for wannabees and weekend millionaires!!! Will buy again from Saxton and I recommend

Honestly, the worst experience of my life dealing with this company. Agreed a monthly price before agreeing to view the car, lots of back and forth + a full credit check on my file to ensure I would be approved. Agreed with lender set up, ready to rock and roll. Constantly having to chase for simple updates, they NEVER accept any responsibility. Last minute let down to view the car initially because of "software updates" and had to go to Jaguar and Land Rover. Loads of chasing to get to the bottom of why. Evening before agreed day to view the car, I get a call saying the car only has 1 key despite being assured it had 2 at the start of the dealings. Multiple hours spent travelling to go and view the car for it to be poorly prepped and with many imperfections I was not made aware of despite requesting a full understanding of the condition of the car before making the trip. Promised videos that were rushed and poorly delivered. Poor attitude by the Salesman when we arrived, arguing that some how the cars condition should of been spotted by me. (he did later apologise, to which I accepted and got things back inline) Told by Saxton the car had full service history to only find out by contacting JLR is hadn't been serviced in 2 years. The last service had been carried out by Saxton where they failed to update the service portal, meaning no visibility on what had been carried out. Took 1 week for them to provide an inventory of the service. Promised for work to be carried out on the car before purchase, which they did do but again was quite painful chasing updates but got a decent video and the car looked good. After 2 weeks of back and forth, I was comfortable to make the purchase for the entire thing to fall through the day I was meant to be collecting because they had been quoting me £5k shy of the total cost. I made my budget very clear and now they want either £5k more deposit or to increase the month by nearly £100. I had my train tickets booked to pick the car up, I had sold my only family car ready for this collection to contribute to the deposit, changed my insurance policy... All 3 children with family or friends, EVERYTHING moved and changed ready for this £40k purchase. And now, I have nothing, all thanks to Saxton. Barely admitting fault, 0 efforts to honour the documents I had already signed at the prices we agreed... Just nothing at all. I feel drained, stressed, upset and in complete shock this has happened. I am lost for words how a company pretends to pride it's self on customer service and quality cars and it's been anything but that. I hate it when people say "don't use this company" because I didn't listen to the people before me but seriously, don't ignore the warning signs if you start to see them and run immediately.

I bought a Range Rover Evoque from Saxton and they were absolutely fantastic.The service I received was outstanding and the team were so knowledgeable and helpful it made the stresses of purchasing a car melt away .I completely recommend anyone to wants a five star service whilst looking and potentially buying a car .A huge thank you to the team at Saxton .

This weekend I completed the purchase of a VW Tiguan. I dealt with Tom throughout the process who was extremely helpful. There was a small bodywork mark on the passenger door when I first viewed the vehicle and Tom arranged for it to be rectified with no fuss. Great area in the waiting room for the kids to play as well while I was completing the paperwork which was a really nice touch.

Had read a couple of bad reviews on the internet but decided to give them a try anyway. So glad we did. Professional and pleasant service all the way through. The car is great and we will use them again.

There's simply nowhere like Saxton; it's a family day out! Fabulous people, fabulous cars, great prices and efficient sales and service. We bought two SUV'S. Both prep'd to a incredibly high standard including alloy-dipping and a change in the letter detailing. Sameer was outstanding in his communications, supported beautifully by manager Mo, number cruncher Socrates and hand-over Britany. Thanks so much guys, we couldn't be happier.
