I’m simply appalled at the customer care of a Luxury car dealership! A finance team that talk down to you when they are in the wrong. No responses from anybody when trying to resolve my issue. Very disappointed.

Great service, easy to deal with - made the purchase a very easy process. Only one niggle. The car wasn't disconnected from previous owners account with manufacturer for telemetry etc - inconvenient
