Sergen was excellent. He helped us test drive 3 different cars. Not pushy or rushed us to decide. We are expecting our first child so wanted to see a range of SUV’s and immediate purchase. We highly recommend.

Had a really good experience with Saxton 4x4 recently. Had the ultimate service from Tarik, he was extremely professional and informative during our Mercedes GLC purchase. We raised a few issues on initial inspection of the car and Tarik dealt with them promptly. An overall very pleasant experience and we are very happy with our new car. Vehicle sold with pre-existing condition, although contacted within sales warranty period. Saxton not willing to reimburse or cover any repair, Received an email advising their warranty allows them to pass on faults directly to customers. My case is with solicitors and Trading Standards.

Mustafa was so great throughout our whole process of buying our new car. He managed to show us so many options that would be in our budget. He was attentive, polite and even was great with our two very energetic sons! We really liked the way he let us have a think and look at the car on our own without being pushy and forceful.
