Saw the vehicle that we were interested in on Saxton 4x4 website, no pictures available as only recently arrived at sales centre. Phoned to enquire about vehicle and Tom Colbert very obligingly offered to make a video of the vehicle and 'Whats App' it to me. Once the vehicle had been inspected and valeted, we visited the sales centre to view and test drive. This is a very popular and busy place, but we were not waiting long before Tom arrived and took us to see the vehicle, a walk around inspection, questions answered and then out for a test drive. No sales pressure, no time limits, all questions competently and professionally answered, a thoroughly pleasant experience. We drove the vehicle away that day, had a couple of retrospective questions since, which were resolved very efficiently by Tom. I would recommend Saxton 4x4 for its quantity and quality of vehicle stock and I would recommend Tom for making the process easy and pleasurable!

We came down just 48 hrs ago having briefly (and randomly) looked online the night prior at the huge range of vehicles they had available. Truthfully, the visit could have very easily have gone the other way and we wouldn’t have thought much of leaving having not purchased a car, and drove away still fairly happy with our current car at that point, however meeting Keiran and his very soft, patient and personal approach to taking us round to look at some options completely sold it for us! The non negotiable pricing sits head and shoulders above other retailers for us…we don’t have time to sit in a car sales room going back and forward on pricing to get to a final figure, we would much rather know the genuine price and save the whole awkward shabang of bartering on the cost between us all. We have definitely not only found a new car we are happy with but hopefully a new dealer and a regular salesman to stick with for the future too because we brought into him as much as the whole experience here…if you can track him down for your apt you won’t be disappointed Driving away super happy after a very seamless and swift sale and be back again soon

I really wish I’d never bought a car from here I should have gone with my gut instinct and pulled out of the sale when things started to go wrong. My sales man never responded to calls or emails and had to be chased, it took a couple of chaser emails to even get their bank details so I could pay the balance. There was a delay of 5 days for delivery of the vehicle as a software updated was spotted ‘just’ as it was being loaded leaving me without a car over a weekend no recompense for this was given. The car was delivered requiring an internal valet which should have been recompensed but still waiting for that (3weeks). To top it off it’s now sitting on my drive after spectacularly breaking down on way back from a family holiday have phoned them this morning no apology or concern just told after sales not in until tomorrow!

Purchased BMW X5 on 20 04 2021. When I viewed car before purchase , there was issue with front doors and front console interior trims ( scratched badly) and door rubber seals. I've been promised, that the rubber seals, and interior trims will be replaced. The driver side rubber seal was replaced, the same as driver site doors interior trim, but the rest of the trims just cheaply polished, because after the first wipe with cloth the scratches reappeared. Also I was promised " a very good deal" on spare key, it took three weeks , and instead of " a very good deal" I've received answer, that I need to get the key by myself!!! Another issue with car tax, Saxton offered to sort out the car tax, I've paid for it, somehow mistake was made with number plate in Post office ( at least I was told that) , when I noted that on receipt provided and informed Saxton, it didn't looked , that Saxton is very keen to put things right, they are not very quick replying to emails or explaining what's going on . I ended up purchasing car tax by myself. as soon as I received V5 (which is today 25/05/2021), I do hope there will be no issue with refund of £210. Generally talking , for £34k spent I would expect bit more after sales attention.
