Dreadful. Avoid Saxton 4x4 at all costs. My husband bought a Jag fPace; despite promising full service history, it NEVER materialised and he was fobbed off then totally ignored after a couple of weeks of enquiry. Be very careful - they are NOT what they portray. Really poor. :(

After buying many cars over the years I have never seen a car as clean and as well presented at time of picking it up. Attention to detail was fantastic. This was not a local garage for me and travelled 105 miles to view cars ,would highly recommend and will be using Saxon 4 x 4 again in the future. Thank you.

Purchased my Range Rover from a guy called Mo Khan! He has been extremely great from the start till the end and never pressured me into anything I did not feel comfortable with. Second car we purchased from him now and will definitely be back, even he’s after sales service is great as he always calls back and emails me back with any questions I may have. I have recently purchased a vehicle from Saxton 4x4 ltd (a used volkswagen touareg) I am really disappointed as on a day of a purchase I have noticed that the spare key and wheel's security bolt socket are missing. I have been advised by sales advisor (Mahfuz ) that the spare key would be sent to my home adress with in 2 weeks time. I have waited for two weeks and since I have not received the spare key or any communication from the company I have contacted (phoned) the company again and once again I spoke to the same sales advisor Mahfuz where I have been informed that the spare key will be sent to me with in one week. Once again I have waited for it to arrive and have not received it! After waiting all this time I decided to pass by at the dealership to try my luck to collect the spare key. This time I have been told by Mahfuz that he will have to order security bolt socket from vw and that he is still waiting to receive a spare key for my vechile from the previous owner. Again I been told to wait another week, one week have passed and I have not received my spare key or any communication. This time my emails, phone calls,texts have been completely ignored! I end up going there again to see Mahfuz manager Liam where he told me that the key definatley exists and I should wait for another few days... Then I been told they can’t program the key and it will be quicker to do it my self at my local VW dealer, but wait until they had approved by someone higher.... Now it’s 3 months from purchase day.. They just trying to avoid paying for a spare key. This purchase was suppose to be build on trust and now it is completely broken......
