Purchased my Range Rover from a guy called Mo Khan! He has been extremely great from the start till the end and never pressured me into anything I did not feel comfortable with. Second car we purchased from him now and will definitely be back, even he’s after sales service is great as he always calls back and emails me back with any questions I may have. If you guys want a hassle free and a great experience like my self go in and ask for MO he will make sure a great deal is put together.

I have recently purchased a vehicle from Saxton 4x4 ltd (a used volkswagen touareg) I am really disappointed as on a day of a purchase I have noticed that the spare key and wheel's security bolt socket are missing. I have been advised by sales advisor (Mahfuz ) that the spare key would be sent to my home adress with in 2 weeks time. I have waited for two weeks and since I have not received the spare key or any communication from the company I have contacted (phoned) the company again and once again I spoke to the same sales advisor Mahfuz where I have been informed that the spare key will be sent to me with in one week. Once again I have waited for it to arrive and have not received it! After waiting all this time I decided to pass by at the dealership to try my luck to collect the spare key. This time I have been told by Mahfuz that he will have to order security bolt socket from vw and that he is still waiting to receive a spare key for my vechile from the previous owner. Again I been told to wait another week, one week have passed and I have not received my spare key or any communication. This time my emails, phone calls,texts have been completely ignored! I end up going there again to see Mahfuz manager Liam where he told me that the key definatley exists and I should wait for another few days... Then I been told they can’t program the key and it will be quicker to do it my self at my local VW dealer, but wait until they had approved by someone higher.... Now it’s 3 months from purchase day.. They just trying to avoid paying for a spare key. This purchase was suppose to be build on trust and now it is completely broken......

The service I received at Saxton 4x4 was great from start to finish. Our salesman Lambros is a gentleman, was not pushy at all and very knowledgeable about their large fleet of high end vehicles. I would definitely purchase from Saxton 4x4 again, when the time comes.

We had a great experience with Saxton 4x4 and particularly with our sales guy, Lambros. He was so helpful and walked us through the whole process. We purchased a Tesla which needed a bit of work doing before we took ownership. Lambros kept us updated throughout the delay and took real care in making sure we knew what was going on and understood the situation. I think there’s a very good chance that we may not have bought the car without Lambros there to manage the sale so comprehensively and now we couldn’t be happier with the car. Purchased a car from Saxton 4x4 in September 2010, MAF failed, but was fixed under warranty. However in the winter with a frozen screen, it did not defrost with the heated screen. Saxton's answer was it does not matter that it is not fit for purpose! So it is fine then not for this to be fit for purposed, even though they sold it with it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE JUST AVOID THIS GARAGE TO KEEP YOUR STRESS LEVELS DOWN. I have managed to get it sorted, but these people do not deserve our money.

Saxton 4x4 have an amazing selection of vehicles to choose from which takes a lot of the pain out of trawling round many different dealerships. The service we received across the board was excellent but in particular Jason Watts in sales and Andy our appointed Business Manager were exceptional throughout the buying process. Already recommended Saxton to a friend and would have no hesitation in recommending them on here and further a field.
