I just wanted to thank you and your team for getting my deal over the line. I can imagine the amount of work you guys have had to put in and against the number of cars you sell it was something you did not need to do. Saxton went above and beyond to get me and my family a car and I am very grateful. I also want to credit you on the sales training of Grant. Im a Sales Director and have been training sales people globally for the last ten years and I can tell you that Grant is naturally gifted. He sold to my needs rather than worrying about his commission but was always closing me on our calls without being pushy. Hello I looked at range rovers all week chose one went up on a Monday morning and drove away that afternoon just like that. The staff were fantastic couldn’t do enough my sales person was tommy We got straight down to buisness cooked a loverly sausage did Turkish Can’t fault anything about Saxton 4x4 and will be buying from them again. Range Rover Sport? Jaguar F-Pace? BMW X5? I knew I wanted an SUV, I knew my budget, I knew Saxton 4x4 had them all in their vast showrooms but, what I didn't know was which one to buy. On arrival I meet Grant and explained my predicament, "No problem" said Grant "we'll look at them all". With Grants extensive knowledge of each car and explaining the differences in models and trim levels the decision became so much easier. The process of buying my new car with no hard selling from Grant was made so much easier from my first visit to Saxtons to driving away my new Range Rover Sport. Thank you once again Grant for making the whole process of buying my new car such an easy and relaxed experience.

Saxton's were great when it came to finding the right 4x4 for me. Grant was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating when it came to meeting all my requirements. Stay away from Saxton 4x4, they are a bunch of time wasters I spend 2weeks with them trying to buy a car it was nothing but hell I told them my financial position in advance they told me it not a problem payed a deposit a week later can get financed 2nd week later can’t get my deposit back simply because they can be bothered very very hard to communicate with I know every one there by the end of this 2 week by name as they pass me from one person to an other Ian, Andy , grant, mat , graim ...... still waiting for a refund wen they can do it no one knows even one off them told we run a 3 million business we don’t need you deposit really the way you speak to customer I feel sorry for the owner that put his business on this wasters hand Sssstttttaaaayyyy away.
