Would like to say a big thank you to Grant for his help, understanding and patience - car shopping with a demanding 4 month old isnt easy!!! We went to have a 'browse' and walked away having paid the deposit with a test drive booked for the following day. Grant took us to the relevant area of the showroom and explained where the different models were, he then left us to look and try the boot spaces - buggies are not what they used to be and neither is the space in cars. He continued to pop back checking with us, answering questions and generally being all round helpful. We were left to look in our own time and pace, sitting in the different cars and getting a general feel for them. Once decided on model Grant then assisted with availability, price range and spec, all while helping to entertain said 4 month old, stressed out mother and over excited father. I cant recommend Grant and his services highly enough for making the whole experience as stress free as he did, along with allowing us to wonder in our own time and not being the standard 'pushy' car salesman. I saw the Q7 I was interested in on the autotrader, I called Saxton and spoke to Steve on the telephone. He was very informative about the car. I came down to the showroom and viewed the car, Steve was very helpful and showed me the car also videoing the vechile for me to show my uncle who was purchasing the car. Good range and quality of cars to choose from, it is very busy so i would recommend that you find a sales person that is willing to take time and help, We dealt with Maf Ahmed who helped get our car ready and was very helpful throughout the process, we would recommend him if/when visiting the showroom.

From start to finish amazing service. Nothing was to much for Imran and Angelos. Being collected from the station 3 times, videos and progress all the way through. Even bought us lunch. Buying a car at saxton is a very slick and seamless process. We have just purchased a nice discovery sport and the sales process was very comforting and seamless.
