Tariq H dealt with us, he was very professional and couldn't do enough for us. He went over and above our expectations as we had changed our minds on the way to the showroom on the car we wanted to test drive. He made every effort to have us view & test drive the car, put new wheels on the vehicle due to scuffs, and had the vehicle ready esrlier than we anticipated We did not feel pressured into buying the vehicle...we loved it and Tariq H made the experience enjoyable. The sale was completed by Jake who was also very helpful and proffesional. The Valetting Team were great getting the car clean and sparkly at short notice. I wish we had always used them as we love our Range Rovers....Great team.

I was delighted with the way the Staff at Saxton presented themselves, everyone of them are a credit to their company especially Daniel Dimofte who when a fault developed with my trade in was kind enough to come and explain what had happened and how much it was going to cost to rectify the problem and how we could still proceed with the sale, I travelled down from Scotland and I must say the journey was worth it AND I would do it again in 3 years time

I can proudly say that Tommy Whomes is the right and excellent person to get all the information while buying car. He is very kind and his patience level is very hight. Really appreciate his help and support i give him 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10. But other person who was dealing at the last moment whose name called Aftaab Bashir (business manager) was so rude and his attitude stinks. I was a returning customer since 2012 but this time Aftaab Bashir made me feel like never coming back to Saxton 4x4 again.

well what a day set off from norwich ,a taxi to the train st then off to colchester. arrived there at 08.13 well chuffed, then told no train to Chelmsforsd but a bus, 2 hours later i arrived at chelmsford train st. I messaged Joe (salesman)who had agreed to pick me up no reply ,rang him twice and left a voicemail still no response. Thinking the worst i set off on foot to the sales room, 30minutes later i was there. Spoke to the young ladies at reception, both very helpful if not a bit surprised, offered me a drink.,i just wanted the loo! After sitting for a while i again spoke to reception she assured me the sale would take place today as booked in again i sat down and waited. A young sale-man introduced himself and helped me through the payment process which was painless. I was given 2 keys to my new car and after sitting in it to get my bearings and a photo opportunity i drove off back to Norwich a happy man. I would highly recommend Saxton 4x4 although i still wanted an electric boot opening as decried by salesman at earlier communication.

Service was great

Getting the deal done was easy. Taking delivery much more difficult as the vehicle should have had a replacement part fitted the day of delivery but this didn't happen meaning I had to go back home in my part exchange and wait for the rescheduled delivery - which equally didn't happen because the driver called in sick! I now have the vehicle and I am extremely pleased with it. You can't legislate for people going home ill or being off sick nu you can ensure your various departments communicate better, that way I wouldn't have wasted 5hrs of my time on the first failed delivery date or sat around waiting for the vehicle on the second failed attempt.

Messed around with Cinch, and other garages, this has been my best experience so far.
