This was out second time back to Saxons Steve Brough was our sales assistant this time from start to pick up Steve was very professional and had so much knowledge about the cars we were looking at and answered all our questions fully we decided to go for another BMW X5 Steve went through all the options available to us in great detail finance ,warranties etc he took us for a test drive talking us through all the functions in the car We were so impressed with the service Steve provided and the quality of cars John Recommend Saxons to his brother and he purchased a Land Rover discovery a few days later The reassurance knowing Saxons will be there after sale is very reassuring Thank you Steve

We bought a discovery sports from Saxton and we are very please with the whole process from start to end. The salesman Kash has a wonderful personality and very helpful with any advice needed. My initial impression of Saxton 4x4 was not favourable; following a phone conversation with Steve Brough, my son, Carl and I turned up to view a blue Discovery 4. After a delay and coffee, we were informed that the vehicle had been sold in the interim period, Steve apologised and took us to the showroom to browse at alternative vehicles. Carl saw a black Discovery 4 and after a further phone call on a Sunday, I got the deal sorted. After this, Steve and Andy Vowles got everything dealt with quickly, with collection of the vehicle three days later. Having been in the motor trade for many years, it was a pleasure to do business with Saxton, a rarity in the car trade. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues as good people to deal with.

Picked up a range rover evoque yesterday and was very pleased with it, at 1st i was sceptical about buying a car without seeing it, but the sales rep Kash, took it upon himself to shoot a 3mins video of the car in detail and emailed it to me, after watching the video i didnt need to see anymore, i booked a collection date ASAP. He was very helpful.

Me and my partner brought a Range Rover evoque from Saxons in January . The servuce we riecieved from Saxons was great up to the point where we handed over our hard earned cash . We have had nothing but problems with the car since April and Saxons have done nothing to help all we have got so far is how they need to follow procedure but nearly 4 months on we are still having problems . We’ve phoned endless times and get promised a call back which never happens the after care is non existent. This is the worst car buying experience I’ve had in all the years I’ve been driving please think twice be for purchasing a car from Saxons they are the most unprofessional dealership I’ve ever come across and the servicing department are absolutely rubbish .

I did have some initial concerns with the condition of the car, but were soon reassured it would be resolved and when i did collect it was extremely happy with the changes that had been made and the service and efficiency. Many thanks Steve Brough.
