Car was excellent value and offer me free warranty and all paper work was done for me after service was also excellent

He sold my 77 year old mother a car that has had nothing but issues shortly after the sale. She saved as much of her pension as she could for years to buy a car. However, she has spent a fortune fixing a number of issues with it within the year. I am absolutely disgusted with the owner of this establishment who refuses to accept any responsibility! Any advice on how my mother could tackle this would be much appreciated.

My parents brought my cousin's first car from this garage and have had endless issues with it, despite having passed an "MOT" and "service" with this garage less than 4 months of ownership (bearing in mind she is still on a provisional license so the milage added is negligible) they are having to fork out in excess of £1,000 to get the car road worthy. Avoid this garage at all costs, a bunch of crooks who are just interested in your money without a care in the world with what you or your family members drive away in! Disgusting!

I have purchased two cars from SC Autos Broxbourne which is the local car dealer to Nazeing, one recently the other a few years ago. Ed and Mitchel are very helpful, informative , not pushy and as a women make you feel comfortable. Would recommend this company to friends and family and anyone reading this review.

I purchased a Ford Fiesta from Shawn S C Auto broxbourn Be careful paid £5550 in cash in good faith when on the Motoway the car was not right bad vibration and hard to Drive I ask Shawn about this he made all the excuses and New everything but nothing, I took it to a Tyres specialist And all the alloys wear buckled and a 4 tyres was Badly Out of shape I had to replace the dangerous alloy for wheels At a cost of £507 and the 4 tyres at a cost of £230 he Whould not pay the cost of the faulty tyres just one alloy He thinks once he has you money that’s it he has a legal Responsibility to make sure that what he sells is safe He put my children at risk this is because he noes everything But nothing .safety comes first not excuses . Please be very Very careful parting with you money as you will not get A good result if you have a problem he will make the Problem yours be careful when buying from a back street Garage,

I attempted to buy a car from this ‘ramshackle’ establishment. However Shaun (dealer) was horrendous to talk to. He was incredibly rude and was always jumping at the opportunity to prove he knows more than you. The car itself was in okay condition for its age, however had a lot of issues undisclosed to us. If he had been more open and honest we potentially would have bought. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The car I purchased from SC Autos was everything that I could ask for. A great service.

Car not clean covered in dust and a few bird droppings. Arrived at SC Autos at 2 55pm for 3pm test drive. Car still on front. Finally get to drive car lots of rubbing noise from wheels. He claimed it was rust on breaks as car sitting on front two weeks. Last year I left my car 3 weeks Gatwick airport open car park. No rust on my breaks. He became aggressive in speech and manor swore.
