SC Autos were brilliant when I was at this dealership buying myself a new car. Since owning my Ford it has been almost faultless, just one problem with the air conditioning. They gave me money for a full tank of petrol which was a nice added gesture! 4 stars I would recommend them anyone asked me about them.

I didn't have any problems with SC Autos but I'm confident if I did they would help and resolve them. The car in particular was great value for money. If you want my opinion I would say that SC Autos in Broxbourne are worth visiting when looking for a new car.

This car dealer in Hertfordshire have been more than willing to help me throughout my buy and even after I had taken the car away. I did have a small problem with the car so I picked up the phone and I called the dealer, I explained the issues to the salesman and he said they will fix it for me which I thought was great. The staff were really nice and extremely helpful the even offered to pick me up from the train station when getting the car. I absolutely recommend SC Autos for their customer service.

I waited around for a long time before being seen. Didn't really feel I got the respect as I customer from the dealer. I felt more relieved at it being over. The whole process was uncomfortable. It was my first time buying a used car. So didn't really get a good feeling. Id visit the dealer before buying next time. Because it pro all could had been a better experience if i did.
